My first time trying them- when I walk in they are refusing to give an old man his change from the pedicure saying he needed to tip them. Then, my color came out bad and I asked if they could paint over. She and two of her coworkers started yelling that I was done.

literally terrible service. I didn't like the color the dip came out as and instead of offering to fix (which I would have totally paid for) all three of them looked at me and told me I was done

Very poor quality manicure and pedicure. Manicure was incredibly rushed and poor quality. Gel polish began chipping within a few days and several ended up breaking within a week. The individual that did my nail also cut me and then just painted over my actively bleeding cuticle. Not only is it very concerning that she put the brush back into a bottle I assume they will use on someone else, but it was a French manicure so there also was very visible dried blood under my nail for what time they did last.

I really like this place.
Update: Lost a star. Last time I went, as soon as I walked in, a lady said rather loudly "Wash your hands!" I was surprised because I had on a mask and that didn't happen the time prior. Was a bit rude. I'll try them one more time to see if I still like the place.

Wasn't as pleased with the gel polish and the design color didnt match because she used only one coat, but the pedi itself was great!!!The gel started chipping off on both of my big toes the day after I got them done, but I am out of town for the week.I'll give them another try cause the polish wasn't her fault. I'll update once I go again!

Very nice people but over promise and under deliver. They tell you to come in when they don't have staff to do your nails even if you have made an appt.

I have been going here for over a year and Linda is the absolute best! I never have an issue when I leave. If I have an issue there they fix it then. That is my most recent in the past 2 days I went and had my nails done.
