Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but admitted they no longer stock what many consider the best carb cleaner, 2 + 2. Went home and ordered some from Amazon. On my porch in 2 days. Brick and mortar still doesn't get the internet thing and fails miserably at adapting.

Location on Williamson Rd is a joke. The manager acted like it killed him to test my battery and gave me attitude when the new battery that HE brought out to install in my car was dead!!! He definitely could use some classes on customer service or find another line of work.

My experience there was great!!! Cj went over & beyond. I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided me with. Not to mention the knowledge he knew about my car. I will definitely be telling everyone about my experience there and tell everyone to go see Cj and O'Reileys. He was a big help to me. Thanks Again

I had a battery replaced & James took care of it. He even went the extra mile to check my starter and alternator since I was worried about it! Efficient and friendly service!

I've been coming to this store for many years now and I've had increasingly bad experiences. Not every time is bad, but there have been enough bad ones. The man helping me today had to tell another employee (ginger haired dude with a lot of piercings) to "be nice" after he made some sort of snarky sounding comment towards me that I didn't quite make out, which he said after I had been in the store for literally 30 seconds. He later made a sarcastic comment about my car's trim package. Won't be coming back and I WILL be telling any woman I meet to not go there.The same ginger haired man was also cussing LOUDLY with another employee right in front of me. He was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful people I've encountered in a while.
