I lived at North Hampton for about a year and a half. I liked the freedom, the age variety, and having two bedrooms. I did not like the maintenance department, they said they fixed stuff but they didn't. Management said that they clear the roads during bad weather but they didn't. Over all for someone under the age of 50 I would recommend North Hampton over Fairington just because of the freedom and age variety.
