My first time going there the customer service was good and I liked my nails. I came back a 2nd time and it was not good! My nails just look at the photo. I don’t think she did a good job of painting my nails because I chose regular polish instead of gel. Then after it dried it has cracks and looks like my 5 year old niece painted my nails I guess that’s what an overlay fillin with regular polish gets you. My nails are ugly!

As soon as I walked in the door the lady that was at the front desk was rude I was trying to show a picture of my nails I wanted and she was extremely rude to me

I continue to go here in hopes that the quality will get better. However, every time I get my nails done here, there is always something wrong. My personal opinion. They need more staff with better experience.With that said, they are friendly, and they are quick as well as affordable.But when you walk in and ask for a round square shape and walk out with MudFlaps for nails.... there's a problem.

I had the tap gel done and I used Mimi to do it I been here for years and I promise you I will never go back for them to touch me ever years down the drain her daughter graduation and her husband was there and she totally messed my nails up 60 dollars maybe a lil more went to hell never again will I go hereService: Dip powder

So this was the worst experience of my life. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. So I've used this salon in the past. I've had really great service from Mike. Who doesn't work there any more,and the women named MiMi. So I called MiMi Saturday March 11th to set an appointment with HER at 12pm. Well when I arrive she sits me in a chair. 25 minutes go by and this older women comes up to me. I look up at MiMi to see why and she speaks Vietnamese to this women. So I don't say anything thinking she was busy. Well then she goes to the back gets food keeps walking by me while this women is working. Which by the way was the worst Gel Pedicure I ever received. Lasted 20 minutes tops. Didn't paint my toils nails correctly they're still lumpy today. Well when she is done she asks me for eyebrows. I say yes because previously I had a great experience. WELL NOT THIS TIME. She drops hot wax all over my kneck and hair. Pulls my hair out in the back of my kneck, dropped it all over my head Band thank God I had it on or I would have a huge bald spot! Then rips the skin from under my eye brow off. THE SERVICE HERE WAS AWFUL. 50 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. THE OLD ME WOULDVE WENT OFF, THE NEW ME WANTS TO SCREAM. DONT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL. WASTE OF MONEY. YOU ALSO MIGHT GET MAIMED OR ENJURED. *pitures Below* That's the women who burnt me with HOT WAX and ruined my head band and self esteem. I've been rubbing aloe on my eye allll day today.Services: Waxing

I enjoy coming here for Tap Gel. It's the only place I know of that offers this service. I like it better than gel polish and dipping powder and it's almost like in between the two. Mimi and her girls always do a good job and although they always seem very busy, they still provide really good customer service and do a really good job on my nails.
