Seldom have what you need in stock and if anything breaks down it's 6 or 7 months before it's fixed. Freezers, self checkout

10624 Stewartsville Rd, Vinton, VA 24179 location.......For some reason there closed during normal hours all the time.... with no note on the door with why or when they will open... as a Manger if your employee don't show up it's your responsibility to step up and run the store. This is unacceptable and poor management....

The guy at the register had an attitude problem and was very slow. It's like he didn't even know how to work the machine.Update: they now have someone at the register so self checkout is an option instead of the only option. The person at the register was pleasant, competent, and had a much better attitude than I did when I wrote the first review about self checkout.

I was excited they built a dg closer to my house, buts been more of inconvenience than anything. Ik stuff happens but like 10 times now I've been to this location and they're closed. Most of the time I just skip it all together and go to the other location further down route 24 they don't seem to have as many issues and are always open during there proclaimed business hours.

Isles are not wide enough for two people to go through. Had to return an item and the "New" manager was not very pleasant. She had a very bad attitude and acted like I was intruding on her time. I was treated like a child and I don't appreciate being treated like that. Will not be going back there.

Shopping and the lady told us to leave that she had to close to go to the hospital to visit her daughter who had been there all week. This place is a disgrace to our community. It is never open. Only when they feel like it. Close it down .

They do not have enough staff here. The hours so far have been unreliable because of that. The current staff however are great. Very nice people

The time or two I was lucky enough to be in the store when it was open, it was very well kept. However, the past three times Ive stopped they have been closed.

6:50pm on a Sunday and their doors are locked.
