The pharmacy staff never answers the phone. If your question can’t be answered using the app you can forget about getting any help without having to go into the store.

The rudest pharmacy staff. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy.

Ryan the pharmacy associate is awesome. He was very sympathetic when I was told how much the meds were. He immediately found a discount. This was a great experience. I've dealt with him before. He's a fine upstanding young man. I wish all the experiences were this smooth.

If this were the only pharmacy in the state. I'd take my business to another state. The service and general attitude of the pharmacy staff is deplorable. And if you dare to complain they threaten not to fill your prescription. Understaffed and overwhelmed is not a reason to treat customers badly!

Given false information to get me off the phone. The store manager cares way more than the folks in the pharmacy. The phone directory is the worst - even if you did your best to get through their robot answering service, you waste 1.5 min and end up on hold.

I've never had a problem with the cashiers up front, but the pharmacy is the WORST! Because of insurance updates, I had to transfer my prescriptions to CVS. My first prescription was delayed a little, but I received a call when it was ready. My neurologist called in a new prescription, an injection. I was told they were out of it but would probably have it the next week and would call when it came in. Never got a call. Two weeks later I had to refill 3 prescriptions. Several days go by, never got a call, so I go in. Only ONE of them is ready because they said they were waiting on approval from my doctor, even though the labels clearly stated there was a refill available. I asked about the prescription for the injection. The pharmacist spoke to the woman at the counter, but I could hear her..."she let it sit here for 13 days so it was given to someone else." I said, what??? Again, she spoke to the cashier instead of me..."we called her and she never came to pick it up." I told her I never received a call. She said, again to the cashier and not me, it was an automated system so I most certainly DID receive a call, I just ignored it, so they had to give the medicine to another customer who actually came in to pick it up. She then told the cashier that I probably gave them the wrong number to call. She checked in the system...phone number is correct. I have now gone 4 days without my migraine preventative medication...a medication that had a refill on it. And I am still without my migraine rescue medication and am now on day 7 of a migraine. Upper management needs to do something about the pharmacists in this location. I have tough days at work, but I NEVER take it out on my customers. If they don't like their jobs and are not interested in helping sick people, they need to find a new line of work!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a CVS. No one was helpful, would answer questions, and when I asked if they had something I was told, well do you see it? If not, then what a shame, with quite an attitude. Then they wouldn't ring me up and told me to use the self checkout. Avoid this place if you can.

Frequently closed for full days when they are supposed to be open, multiple days behind on filling rxs, and I've had multiple interactions with an exceptionally rude and condescending woman. Do NOT recommend!

The people who work in the pharmacy are horribly rude, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful. Amazing that these people could possibly hold a job in health care or customer service with their lack of skills in both. Greg is especially snide and condescending. If he huffs and puffs any more, he’ll hyperventilate.

The manager Raven went above and beyond for me. While managing my needs she ran the store on a busy Sunday AM. She went above and beyond to help me with photos and I left in tears from the photos and the care she gave me. I won't ever go elsewhere for photos or quick needs.

We just moved back to the area 3 months ago and I have yet been able to get my prescriptions without an issue or an argument. Today was the second time I’ve left angry and with no medicine because they can’t get it together. I don’t understand how for 2 months in a row their automated system calls and says that the prescription is ready for pick up and when I go by to pick it up it’s such a hassle and end up leaving empty handed. Last month they said I didn’t have any refills

Went in this morning to switch out a medication that I had refilled there yesterday, that was wrong to start with. Waited almost an hour until the pharmacist named Jamie came in and was told I was there, and the situation by the pharmacist who's (helping out and wasn't his store, Who SHOULD have handled the situation to start with if he has a license to do so) So, Instead of apologizing, she slams the drawer twice after authorizing and entering the right information into the system. Never once did she even make eye contact with me, much less speak or apologize. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in my whole life. I'm not sure who she thinks she is... To me, she's nothing more than a spoiled brat in a lab coat with a sh**y personality. Last trip to that pharmacy.
