I had an issue with my laptop, and another larger repair place said I would have to find and buy the needed part myself and then bring it to them to install (and then pay the labor cost). I was thinking it might be more cost effective just to buy a whole new laptop. J L Computers fixed it for a much better price without even needing the other part! They were also very convenient to schedule with and fixed the laptop in less than an hour. Friendly, fast, and affordable service— highly recommend!”
“I called with a request to replace just the faceplate on a 27-year old home intercom. The intercom itself hadn't worked in years, but at least I had been able to order a new faceplate, which would be a great cosmetic improvement on the wall. David admitted they hadn't worked on those in years and the associate who did that had retired. However, he apparently felt sorry for my dilemma and offered to come to my home just to see what he could do.
Unbelievably, not only do I now have the new faceplate installed, but the entire intercom system is working again - even the doorbell ! Kudos can't express how grateful I am for David's kindness and his expertise !!”
