The most affordable storage center. I couldn't find a cheaper one and I checked Vinton, Roanoke and Salem! PLUS it's a 24 hour facility which is helpful. Most places lock the gate at 9pm or 10pm. The owner Annette is SUPER nice and very helpful. The only downside is that it does not have a trash bin.

The folks here are super nice and go the extra mile to take care of you. The storage building is very nice and in a good secure location. I highly recommend them.

Just tried to access my storage unit, only to find that the key card access has been removed and replaced with a keypad. Haven't been informed of this change or provided a code, so now I can't access my belongings. Very irritated!
