This place is extremely slow 25 min to cash two checks ridiclious there's o ly one or two people in this location that are quick but they don't work every day so DO NOT go here on your lunch break if you do might as well eat while you wait

I closed my account. Bad experience, no customer service. Employees doesn't care and they don't want to work. In Vienna branch the lady was not professional at all

The absolute WORSE Wells Fargo to visit in Virginia! 1 teller inside and she's slow and doesn't know polices or procedures, constantly going back to ask for assistance and help from other coworkers. I never leave reviews ever but this is beyond ridiculous
