About ready to just withdraw from this unscrupulous and lying bank location. And when I say withdrawal I mean it all, as the bank employees and managers are a bunch of liars. They make up rules based on the customer and let me say a complaint to corporate changes there tune very quickly. If the manager tells you it's policy, check with wells because he is probably lying!

You can never walk in for business help. They only do appointments and many businesses like mine don't just work that way. I have tried to walk in for help 3 times and they just turn me away. It's infuriating. They can only do what I need to be done in a branch.

Even though we ended up had to close all of our accounts, the entire family base on the corporate decision, but this wells fargo's branch had been taking a good care on us. Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help. Everything went smoothly, all accounts closed with the cashier check handy which took us less than 30 mins. Thank you for your support.

Very disappointed in Wells Fargo, I just watched your commercial airing on TV and no where do thank you tellers or banker for coming to work and doing there jobs, but talk about and show fake employees in the phone bank and you talk about being there to help. Thinking of switching banks!!!!
