The absolute WORSE Wells Fargo to visit in Virginia! 1 teller inside and she's slow and doesn't know polices or procedures, constantly going back to ask for assistance and help from other coworkers. I never leave reviews ever but this is beyond ridiculous

About ready to just withdraw from this unscrupulous and lying bank location. And when I say withdrawal I mean it all, as the bank employees and managers are a bunch of liars. They make up rules based on the customer and let me say a complaint to corporate changes there tune very quickly. If the manager tells you it's policy, check with wells because he is probably lying!

If you're looking to waste very valuable life moments with incompetent and dismissive staff, this is your place! I remember now why I closed my Wells Fargo account years ago, this entire branch brought it all back to light, from the moment I stepped through the door til the very moment I stepped away. What an absolutely dreadful experience.

This bank is a criminal operation in my opinion. They recently closed my checking account with no notice and somehow the $500 that was in the account just disappeared. I have been using this account since 2007 and never had a problem depositing money and writing checks until last week when I tried to deposit a check and they told me the account had been closed last month. They refuse to tell me why the account was closed or where the money in the account went. Absolutely terrible customer service and a horrible way to treat a long time customer. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again!

I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for 18 years... It has always been a pleasant experience visiting WF branches for the last 18 years until last Saturday (11/12/2022) after I stepped in the WF branch located at 212 E Maple St Vienna VA at around 930am. I was there only to withdraw cash from my account at the teller. A simple transaction that normally takes less than a minute after showing ID and entering the PIN for my WF bank card, took me almost 20 minutes... 10 minutes in the waiting line; and another 10 minute working with the teller. The teller is an older lady who is surprisingly hostile, unpleasant and rude throughout the entire transaction process. Her demeanor, behavior, and language should be rejected by any customer at any bank. I would be glad to provide further details on the interaction at the bank if needed but I just want to leave a comment here on the really BAD experience that I have had at this WF branch (212 E Maple St Vienna VA). God blesses the old lady teller!!!

The people that work at the branch are very helpful. However, they are understaffed and the task of doing basic banking activities there is a hassle. To do so, we usually have to wait several days for an appointment in lieu of on demand service.

I am not a Wells Fargo account holder. Went in to ask a question and was treated like dirt. This is exactly the reason I dropped Wells Fargo ten years ago.

You can never walk in for business help. They only do appointments and many businesses like mine don't just work that way. I have tried to walk in for help 3 times and they just turn me away. It's infuriating. They can only do what I need to be done in a branch. They have no desire to actually help you.

Every time I go to this location, they try to swindle extra fees on me. All the while, I know these specific requests do not require fees. Every location I have ever been to was a spectacular experience with great customer service; until I came to this branch.

Even though we ended up had to close all of our accounts, the entire family base on the corporate decision, but this wells fargo's branch had been taking a good care on us. Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help. Everything went smoothly, all accounts closed with the cashier check handy which took us less than 30 mins. Thank you for your support.
