Akbar from customer service provides terrible service. I cashed out some money orders with a really kind lady. I forgot one of the money orders at home, so I came back later and she was gone. Akbar was the guy who attended me and he made everything so hard. He didn’t wanted to accept the money order which was perfectly fine, he manually declined it and refused to help me. I had to drive half an hour to a different Walmart to cash it out and there was no problem with the money order or with the system, opposite to what Akbar said. I hope Walmart takes the necessary actions

Terrible experience with Akbar from customer service and the manager from the night shift on Monday. They were useless and refuse to find a solution to my problem

Walmart is just Walmart. However this one is my favorite one and the most I go to. Only because of the logistics.

Bad customer service from the manager at this location. Lorenzo refuses to help his customers saying he has too much to do and does not have the time to help remedy a situation his cashiers created unintentionally. I have called and he refuse to help me I went to the store as instructed by him and yet still he refuses to assist me providing a copy a of a sales receipt that customer service said he had the capacity to but not willing to do it. I have contact the store, customer service, the gift card department and they said to go to the store and request he provide a copy of the receipt. This is the worst experience ever

If you want a fourth-world shopping experience, come here. First, unless you bring yopur own bags, you will have to pay five cents each for a thin, cheap single-use plastic bag that would've been free before the first of January. Reminded me of shopping in East-Bloc Hundary and Czecheslovakia when under communist rule. Second, expect to be accosted by panhandlers begging for money or selling cheap tinkets. Store management appears not to care. Show that you care by avoiding this dump.

Their team lead Muhammad is the best. He really made my day by going the extra mile to help me find a Christmas tree at all costs. He's a kind soul. :)

Slowest checkout lines I've ever experienced in my life. Every time I go here the wait in line is as long as doing a full cart shopping trip even though there's only one or two people in front of you. The employees move at a snail pace regardless of how busy and if you ask anyone for help finding something they never can provide help. If it wasn't for needing lower shopping prices I would never come here.

Just moved from the Vienna area and I am going to miss this Walmart so much! I've done the pickup service and shopped in store and I like the ease of it. You get used to the store and where each item is. It's a great place for shopping for food and groceries. Walmart literally has almost any and everything for a reasonable price. Thank god there's a Walmart near my new place or else I'd cry!

Worst car pickup experience. You have to download the app, then if you didn't purchase the items with the account (you have to set one up, but don't to purchase the items) the app won't recognize you trying to check in and there's no where to enter your confirmation code. Once you get to the store, the phone number listed in the parking spots to call isn't even setup. Luckily someone working pickup orders was walking around and I was able to give her my pickup order. Get it together Walmart. It's Dec, you've had plenty of time to get this working.

Literally the worst Walmart I've ever been to. There's never parking , never registers open and none of the workers speak English.

Fraudulent delivery system. I ordered a black friday item from Walmart.com, and after contacting customer service was told this store was responsible for the delivery. Item never arrived. It said it would be delivered on Friday, then tracking said Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday. After that, tracking shifted to "delayed" but it never arrived. Finally, five days later, I received an email claiming it was delivered the previous week and stating the email would provide a photo of where it was left (no photo attached). Walmart charged me for the item but never provided it.

Bad customer service, and didn't let me exchange. The team lead Safeer should be fire. Didn't let me exchange my item. And I told him my item was defective from the shipment when I received it. I told him I want to exchange for another one, and he said no, and i asked for a store manager, and he won't give me the store manager number. Very bad service.

Bought a loaf of French bread ($1) and salsa (almost $3). Walked from the first register to the door (approximately 12ft), kid at door asks if I have a receipt. I open my bag and show him he immediately dives into my bag and handles my bread squeezing and picking it up and moving it around, and moving my salsa around. I immediately told him to stop and I'll get it. I remove both items and show him the bag. He does it again going deep into the empty bag looking for the receipt. I get home and my salsa safety seal is broken because of the employee. Thanks genius, you prevented absolutely nothing even though you saw me 12 ft away buying $4 worth of items. Know your audience/customer is all I can say.

I'm so furious I'm shaking. There's a reason I don't go to Walmart in person. For 1) the parking is ridiculous at the one near me (1500 B Corner Vienna). It's shared with other offices and with the new business in front of Walmart, parking even during the week is abysmal; 2) the escalators are ALWAYS broken so we're forced to take the elevators and because most people are impatient and don't want to wait they will try and squeeze in despite the pandemic and 3) they don't do a good job keeping their stock available. I couldn't even find socks for my son once. Because of the prices, I started ordering online and having delivered. Because of today, I'm willing to pay a couple bucks more and drive a bit further to shop somewhere else. I ordered an aquarium and gravel. Originally was getting it tomorrow (Tuesday) but got notice the items where available at my nearest store so would be delivered today (Monday Labor Day). Suddenly I get a notice my order had been delivered... but when I checked, nothing was outside my condo door. I checked the actual website, went to my recent orders and it said delivered with a "proof of delivery" photo. I couldn't believe what I saw. One of photos attached is their "proof of delivery" - from the trunk of their car. Can't even tell if it was taken outside of my building. Could be their house for all I know. So I got downstairs to check the mail area and nothing there. I thought to myself "they wouldn't be as stupid and moronic as to leave my stuff outside would they?" Well I guess so. It's 10:30p (order delivered at 9:30p) and my order sitting outside in the open of a condo building with ~100 tenants plus visitors and foot traffic. A lady in the process of moving in couldn't believe my situation as she saw me picking up an aquarium with a shipping label on it, struggling to open the security door of our building. Totally NOT cool for Walmart to hire moronic Neanderthals to make their deliveries.
