Horribly understaffed so everything takes forever in the pharmacy. I'm returning to CVS vienna which I thought was bad but is great compared to Walgreens. They don't invest in their staff here and it shows

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. That is how incompetent the staff and manager are at this location. I had my Fed Ex package sent here to be held until I got back from my vacation. Package arrive and was held. The next day, idiot employee sends my package back to sender after holding it less than 24 hrs. They are supposed to hold it for 5 days. I call them asking what is going on and why Fed ex is notifying me I did not pick up the package from location. Employees lie to me saying it never arrived even though tracking record says it it. After talking with Fed Ex and then the employees at this Walgreens that they finally admitted to the mistake. Manager refused to talk to me or even apologize for their mistake. If they can’t even hold a package for 5 days for you to pick up, imagine the screw ups they make with their prescriptions.

Couldn’t fill a pain reliever for my sick 5 year old within 24 hours. Blamed being short staffed. Why not tell the doctor to send it to a more prepared pharmacy instead of making my kid suffer? Laughable

I recently visited this Walgreens and,with only 1 cashier who was busy on the other booth (may be photo or pharmacy)and nobody showed up at the front cashier/register, i waited like 5 mins which i was rushing due to my personal rush..Unfortunately, my interactions with her was friendliness, leaving me with a negative impression of the customer service provided. customer service roles should uphold a standard of professionalism and courtesy, and her consistently negative attitude falls short of this expectation.

I recently visited this Walgreens and the staff member with green/blue streaks in her hair consistently displays discourteous behavior in the pharmacy. Unfortunately, my interactions with her have always been devoid of friendliness, leaving me with a negative impression of the customer service provided. It is my sincere belief that individuals in customer service roles should uphold a standard of professionalism and courtesy, and her consistently negative attitude falls short of this expectation.

This location closed 5 minutes early and then refused to look my way when I knocked and waved at the door until exactly 10pm when they finally acknowledged me to say they were closed, which was not the case when I got there. I very clearly mouthed that I’ve been standing there for 5 minutes and the guy just shrugged and looked away. Horrible service when I needed a pharmacy and drove here because it was open, and now all other pharmacies are closed.

Had a great experience at this Walgreens store. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, especially the young African American gentlemen with glasses. He was very polite and answered every question I had regarding the products I purchased.

So happy I made the move from McLean Walgreen to Vienna Walgrees! The pharmacy is well run and the wait lines are short! Staff is polite and always able to help - I have not problem driving the extra few miles to have better service!

There was a young man that worked behind the pharmacy for quite a while, named Mohammed. He was always very personable and helpful, and I looked forward to seeing him to pick up my refills. However, he is no longer there, and my last phone call to the pharmacy was rather unpleasant. Based on the turn off voice and questions asked, I think it was a pharmacist, but they were very terse and put me off. Mohammed was good for business.

Went to this pharmacy today for two reasons -- to pick up a prescription and to purchase OTC cough medication. They weren't able to fill the prescription for the quantity requested by my physician. I'll give them a pass on this though as it's an unusual prescription that they probably don't have a lot of demand for. I was also able to get the generic version of the OTC cough medicine that I wanted, saving a few bucks by selecting the Walgreens brand. I'm giving Walgreens only 3 stars for a few reasons. First, the cash registers weren't manned at the front of the store. There was an employee there on the phone, discussing "yesterday's power outage", but he completely ignored me as I stood ready to check out. After about 2 minutes, another friendly employee did come to help me. Also, I find it frustrating that the store's best pricing requires you to purchase at least two items. "buy one, get one free". "buy one, get one at 50% off". I really want that cough syrup to work before I need that 2nd bottle of syrup!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed a same day pick up photo on the 14th, and thank goodness I called before heading over there because the person who answered the phone said they were very busy and it wasn't ready. I said that's fine, I'll come pick it up tomorrow. I've called them three times over past week and each time "it's not ready. We've been so busy." So today I had enough and called them. Now she tells me she doesn't even have the order at all. She asked me to verify my last name about ten times, and I gave her the order confirmation number several times. Eventually she told me to reorder it. I said I would, but only if she stayed on the phone with me while I did this. She did and eventually she got the order. (Sounds like she had no idea what she was doing). But it doesn't end there. She literally told me "ok it's printing now," So I sent my husband over there to pick it up. When he got there, they told him it wasn't ready. Apparently there are other customers there waiting for their orders and have been told the printer ran out of paper. Who is running this place? Obviously not professionals.

Disappointing experience with the photo lab at Walgreens. For holiday prints and gifts, I placed an order online. The order we picked up did not match the online order placed. When I called, I was told that - the price I was charged online matched a "label" on the photo package I was being charged.... even though I was only getting a fraction of the photos I ordered. I asked if the photo team reviews these labels against the orders to ensure accuracy and customer excellence and was given the run around.... repeatedly. Excuse after excuse.The end result? The manager said the "system" did not show any of the additional photos I mentioned from the online order. But lucky them - the price I was charged sure did come through and match the price for more photos than I received.Conclusion? Go elsewhere. Don't create more stress and work for yourselves.

The pharmacy here is terrible, very disorganized. People who have questions need to get into the consulting line, not the pick up line!!!! Also there needs to be a separate line for vaccinations not an all purpose first come first serve line. That is unacceptable and don’t use money as the be all end all excuse!!!!!!!!
