A comfortable mechanical back massage chair was included with the price of my pedicure. Tammy was gentle and took time to do a good job. I had the buff instead of a lacquer polish. After a while the buff wore off. A little less time than a lacquer polish would have lasted which was not what I was expecting. I was expecting the buff to last longer than a lacquer. Next time I will ask Tammy to buff more deeply. Tammy seemed understanding when I explained about my fetal alcohol disorder is the way it affect my expression of gender. I don't know if you can see it but in the photograph of my right big toe nail there is a black line from black sock lint. If I am in Vienna and I need a pedicure I will go to Tammy but Vienna is not where I'm from and I'm not always there.

Kevin does a wonderful job. Had a powder dip manicure a week ago and it is still perfect. Basic pedicure is still perfect as well.

Kevin is excellent. I could never do more than 2 gel manicures in a row because the removal process stripped the nail dermis. My nails would be thin and peeling for months.Now, with Kevin, I'm on my 10th gel manicure. My nails are strong and healthier than ever. He takes the time needed to gently remove the polish. He does a great job.The salon is quiet and clean. Parking is easy. There's a nice coffee shop next door, too.Services: Manicure

I don't enjoy getting my nails done but it's something I do because I am a serial cuticle picker and it helps me to resist the urge. This salon is on the way to my child's daycare, nice and convenient, so I went in for a dip manicure, chose a whitish color with a purple undertone. The corresponding dip product was bubblegum pink. By the end of the manicure after realizing no magic was going to turn the color to the one I selected, I pointed out to my manicurist that the color was wrong and completely unapologetically, he said it must have been mismarked. I didn't have time to start over - I was on the way to pick up my son. He then tried to finish my dip manicure with gel nail polish under the UV LED light, which I refused (I've had DOZENS of dip manicures and haven't seen a UV LED light used once - am I mistaken?). I paid and left but called the next day to have my nails fixed - it wasn't sitting well with me. To their credit, they were more than accommodating and flexible to fix my manicure, but not without trying to prove to me the whole time that were doing SNS correctly and if I'd let them do it the first time, I wouldn't be back. I allowed them to use the gel polish under the UV LED light at their insistence that it would make my nails stronger and it was the correct process. Anyway, 3 days later and 4 of my 10 nails have chipped. This was a really really disappointing experience.

Wonderful nail salon in a great location in Vienna (easy parking). Friendly owners who take time to listen and provide a great mani or pedi service. Highly recommend. They are also very clean!

Nice place. But the person who did the wife's nails was a bit rougher than other places she's tried. So probably will go back to previous place.

Love my mani!! Though they don’t specialize in nail art here, you can’t beat $45 for a simple acrylic set. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!!

What friendly owners and employees! They were able to accommodate me as a walk in and I was surprised. Very affordable pricing and an extremely clean salon. There was absolutely zero chemical odor that is common in most nail places. Very happy with my mani/pedi.

So happy to be back! It's the first mani/pedi I've gotten in 15 months thanks to Covid, and thanks to Jenny my hands and feet are pretty, presentable, and no longer look like pandemic neglect victims. Thanks so much, Vienna Nails. You're my favourite place for a mani/pedi. Clean, airy, and professional.
