Staff was helpful. They've been trained to be great sales people. Be on your p's & q's. Accessories you may not need may get added to your bill. And be on the lookout for optional services with a 30 day trial. Remove or a monthly service fee will be added to your bill. Have a budget in mind. Know what you need and you'll be in good shape.

Showed up for a simple transaction. Waited outside for 15 mins, guy showed up and said the systems was down yet I was on the phone with corporate Verizon and they had 0 reports of this. Super shady.

I was at this place couple times and both times it’s closed. It’s supposed to open at 10am but they never open on time..waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. It’s just wast of time.

Should of read reviews. No answer no clue where my phone is. No way but to go there to get a hold of them. Very disappointed

I went on a Tuesday at 5pm and it was closed. It was supposed to be open until 8, according to the sign on the door and their website. Looking at past reviews, it seems that this is not uncommon. Not recommended.

Can I give less than 1 star? I should have read the reviews before going here. I also should never have walked through the door of this "authorized retailer" which means franchise. And Verizon is NOT helpful to resolve any issues. I ordered a phone, no call or text that it ever arrived. I have been unable to get through on the phone to an actual person because the call goes through a call center for "Russell Cellular". WHO is that? Lol. The store hours are limited, but I was told to call to schedule a time for pick up. Can't do that if they don't answer the phone. All in all, this is my fault for not going through VERIZON and using a franchise. But what a horrible franchise! My advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Please go to another store. JB the office manager offered me $400 for a phone trade-in but in the end only gave me $200 dollars because he made a mistake. In addition, nobody called me when the phones came in and when I called about it nobody could find the phones. I was told I would get a call back. I never did. 2 days later I left another message and nobody called me back. Finally a week later I called and someone found the phones. Almost a month after I ordered the phones they were activated. I updated a line and added a new line. JB updated the new line with the wrong number!!! Now I had to spend over an hour with Verizon having them remove the extra line from my account to only have their system go down and I will need to call back. He also transferred all the data from the old phone to the new line. He promised all the data would be transferred but many of the photos are not visible now!So not only am I out 200 dollars I was promised, have a phone number I did not want, and potentially have lost photos, but I am also out hours and hours of my time dealing with his incompetencies. This is the first review I have ever written but I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I went through. I am so very disappointed with this whole experience.

The workers at the store were very kind and helpful the first time I went, however, I have now showed up 3 separate times to pick up a phone that I had ordered and shipped to store during what are supposed to be their business hours according to what is posted both online and on their storefront door, and the store has been closed all 3 times. This is very frustrating that I have been wasting my gas coming out here when they are supposed to be open, to a closed store with no signage or indication of when they will open.

I lost my phone while on vacation. Marcus helped with replacing it and when he was done all the photos and data from my lost phone came up on the new phone! I thought I had lost everything so it was so great to see it on my new phone. He made sure the old one was locked so no one can use it.Marcus was congenial, knowledgeable and didn’t rush through thee process.

This was a fairly quick painless phone buying experience!!. Erick was very helpful and pleasant. My only issue was the lack of phones in stock so I had to get a phone that I had no intention of buying. The price was right and the phone was there so I'm giving it a shot.
