This bank is one of the worst around. I’ve been with them for over 20 yrs. This is the final straw. I lost my debit card August 5th l. I called and was told a new one would be sent. Never arrived I spoke with customer service in august 21 to find out where is my card, they transferred me to Hannah at the Vienna branch. She said she would expedite, and track to see what happened to
My card and get back to me. She didn’t Do anything. I spoke to her 5 days later asking about my card, she acted like it was the first time we spoke. They then charged me a $50 expedite fee. Run from this bank. They have been frustrating me for years but the hassle of switching and setting up new ach has stopped me from doing so. This time I’m done. Worst technology, worst customer service. There are a few good tellers at this branch, but that’s it

The most accommodating, professional, proficient bank in these United States. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers.Hanan M. Hashash is the best personal banker iever met ! Excellent customer servicevery friendly and I’ve got the best banking experience.

Impossible to have consistant access to online banking. They make it extremely difficult. Access just arbitrarily gets suspended. No one can help after hours, like at 6:30pm est.
