We visited a couple of times (first was walk-in, second was a follow-up appointment with Kevin), and during both visits Kevin K explained the history and uniqueness of each engagement rings and wedding bands that we were convinced and felt comfortable to commit to Tiffany’s. Of all the high-end brands we visited, Kevin was the most knowledgeable and most patient with us. I’d highly recommend this store!

Had a very good experience and ended up getting our wedding bands here. Special thanks to Wilma and Mohammed who were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process and never made us feel like we needed to buy anything. One time when we told Wilma were we coming into the store it happened to be her day off, and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of as soon as we got there. The store is also very spacious and we never had any problems getting in to be helped, unlike some of the other places we checked out, which either had long wait times or wouldn't let you in without an appointment. They also let you browse around while you were waiting to be seen.

Best location in the DC area. Most staff are very knowledgeable about their products and do not push products like the other locations do. The client relations and after sales customer care is also very good. Very much recommend to this location.

Worst service, will never retrun this location.I visited the store to buy a pair of Akoya pearl earrings which were around $650.On the first visit, the sales associate (Wang) told me that the colors were mismatching and that he would order another pair for me to pick up, so I just paid and left. However, I did not hear back from the store for the next week. When I called the store, a young lady checked on my order and told me that the order is ready and that the email has just not been sent out. After the phone call, I immediately received a "Your order is ready for pick-up" email. When I came home after picking it up, its the same mismatching pearl that I saw a week ago. Obviosuly, they did not even check. At this point I did not even want to visit the store, so I ordered the same product on the website. Apparently, a much better pair came in a better box.I had to make a third visit to the store to return the mismatching pair. I cannot believe I had to visit the store three times to get the I'm buying a jewelry that does not even have a logo on it; the only reason to buy from Tiffany is for the product quality and service. I see no reason to visit the store, especially Tysons, to make jewelry or diamond purchases.1st pic: mismatching pair from Tysons Location2nd pic: better pair orderd from the website (left) & mismatching pair (right)

I’ve been shopping with Tiffany since I was a little girl accompanying my mom to the store and then playing dress up with her items. As an adult, I’ve purchased thousands of dollars worth of Tiffany & Co. items for myself and as gifts. I live in Washington, DC but frequent Tyson’s Galleria and neighboring stores because City Center in DC usually has less options available or in stock. This was my first time at this Tiffany & Co. location and I’m completely displeased with my experience and the level of service I’ve received. I placed a pick up order for a gift (glassware) for a close friend of mine. I also was interested in having two items cleaned/repaired as I shopped. When I arrived in the store, 2 other women were entering shortly before me. When they walked in, they were greeted politely by a male associate (G. Wang), while he ignored me completely. He basically followed them, while they told him they were fine and walked directly to another consultant at a nearby counter. During this encounter, I began asking for assistance from who I now presume was a security guard. At this time, G. Wang finally approached me and said that he could assist me.At this point, I’m uncomfortable and ready to collect my order so that I’m able to leave. He brings me to a chair and asks me what the name on my order is, I share my name, he struggles to find my order and I present my pick up confirmation email. He then goes to the back and collects my bags after realizing that it was glassware and could not be stored in the area he checked initially. As I checked the gift notecard, the writing was not centered and writing was placed over the embossed Tiffany & Co. stamp on the notecard. I immediately told Mr. Wang and he said he would let his colleague know. The 2nd time the writing is no longer on the embossed part of the notecard, but it’s still not centered. I let him know my concerns and he takes me back directly to his associate who already has a correctly formatted note card ready. If they realized it still was incorrect, why bring me this copy at all? It seems small but the attention to detail was clearly lacking and it was insulting for someone to place a sloppily printed card with my gift. I would’ve been embarrassed had I gifted the initial card without checking my order. After this series of lackluster service, I decided not to shop or have my items repaired at this location. There’s a certain level of service and attention to detail that you expect when patronizing an establishment such as Tiffany & Co. I will say that the women he treated with more respect looked considerably different than me and I wonder if that’s why I received such subpar service. I cannot make that determination based on my brief experience in the store. However, sales associates should be privy to the message they’re sending to customers of a different background than themselves. You may be slightly surprised by the outcome when judging someone by their outward appearance.I’m not convinced I need to cease all business with the entire company because of this one lackluster experience but this does make me feel unvalued as a long time customer, especially with this being a flagship store. I drove all the way from DC to Northern VA and was treated horribly and with less care than others within the same establishment. This location should be mindful of the customers they are potentially offending with their horrid customer relations. I will not visit this store to shop, repair or pick up any items. Please save your money, time and dignity and instead visit the Chevy Chase or City Center locations. I’ve experienced amazing customer service from those locations every time, no matter who assisted me!

This store doesn’t have an engraving machine! ? takes 3-4 weeks to engrave something. I’ve never heard that before!
