After reading other reviews, it does not look like a few bad days for this store. I had a few very disappointing experiences at this location....over the same issue. Customer Care even got on the line with me to work out the promotion ( that t-mobile SENT TO ME by email). The employee, Jimmy, and manager, Jamari, were rude to me and the Customer Care agent. They just kept saying no and not listening to your own Customer Care agents. I don't think this is a "teachable moment" for this Manager Jamari. His staff was just as rude as he was. He trains them apparently. I have been with T-Mobile for 16 years and have 5 lines. Sad that they didn't even care.......

Switching the phone and Internet service can be very stressful. I was lucky to work with Jimmy who was very knowledgeable and extremely kind to help me through the whole process. It takes time and patience. He activated my phone and Internet and took care of numerous promotions that I would probably loose in spite of all the emails from T mobile with instructions. Now I am very happy customer and will recommend T mobile to my friends and family,. Thank you, Jimmy.

My experience at the T-Mobile store was disappointing. I visited the store with the intention of understanding their promotions and plans as I was considering switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. However, I found the customer service to be rude and condescending.When I asked for detailed information about their plans, the employee rudely suggested that I check online. I politely explained that I was already in the store and hoped they could assist me in person. Instead of being helpful, they responded with condescension, implying that I needed to listen more attentively.It was disheartening to encounter such dismissive behavior from a customer care agent. As a prospective customer, I expected better treatment and a willingness to assist with my inquiries. This experience left me with a negative impression of T-Mobile's customer service and made me reconsider my decision to switch providers.1 star because that is worst I can give

Fantastic Location! Manny was very helpful with my iCloud issues when I was unable to sign back in after getting my iPhone 15 set up.He explained why it was not working, and how my employer had certain settings deactivated which were leading to the syncing issues.I left with my phone fully set up, and my security token login reinstalled.

Angel is professional, courteous, and friendly. He is juggling everything at the store and providing outstanding customer service to everyone in the process. And all other staff we interacted with are also super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

Best customer service and staff in the entire DC/MD/VA. I live in MAryland and work in VA and DC. Been to many T-Mobile stores. This is the first time from entry to exit I was greeted with enthusiastic, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating staff. Angel (customer service technician) is patient, professional and kind. Johnny (assistant manager) sets a great standard for customer care and helped me in making a confident purchase. Mustafa (new hire) was eager to provide any additional information. I will gladly travel the extra distance for the exceptional service!

Christian Munguia Parada provided absolutely superb and professional service. He solved three different problems for me and went beyond even when I asked for. T-Mobile is lucky to have him. When I came in T-Mobile was at risk of losing a customer, but because of Christian they still have one.

Had a terrible experience today, a lot of waste of my time. Took me 2 trips to have something so simple as activating my phone. The main issue is the employees preassumptions and not listening to clients.
