Great experience, would recommend. They took me immediately for a tire patch right before closing. They even noticed my inspection had expired, which I didn’t know, and were able to take care of that too. They recommended some other maintenance and I returned for that the next week. On-site free loaner car was convenient. Great hours, open early and stay open later than many other places in the area. Nice people and they seem honest - dealership had told me I needed something done, but this place said it was unnecessary. Will be back!

They wanted $230 to change 3 light bulbs. I went to Vienna Gas & Auto Repair down the street where they charged me $80 to do the work immediately for 66% less!

Always come here for inspections, tire air, gas and occasional repairs. Very good service. I have stopped going to Liberty gas station, formerly Sunoco, near PNC bank, on old Chain Bridge road. No more, they provided the worst service, several times charged me for poor or wrong service, and often took much more time than first promised.

Arrived at 6:30 AM for an oil change based on their sign at the front entrance which states they start at 7:00 AM. The plan was to be first in line so that I could get it done, and be at work on time. After waiting at the bay twenty minutes, the cashier / clerk came out and told me that the person who does them would be in at 10:00 AM. I responded, "But your sign says you start at 7:00 AM." To which he replied, "Well sometimes he has to take his kids to school, or is sick."What? Are you kidding me?Are you seriously saying that your posted hours mean nothing because your customers have to work around the undisclosed personal schedule of your employee, which apparently is subject to change at their discretion? Potential customers don't like their time wasted. That's a terrible way to run a business.

I saw reviews from customers but not many replies from owners. It looks they may not be caring what customers are thinking about them. But future possible customers reading the reviews should care. That’s why I will write anyway.I just had an oil change months ago which I purchased my oil&filter.They changed the oil but they recorded it wrong which may affect your CARFAX records. I saw they mentioned in the invoice the oil was not full synthetic. I showed the original box which they returned me the rest of the oil with a tag of Full Synthetic Oil.They are not even aware what they are recording is directly going into CARFAX records. I will also report to CARFAX as well.I tried to explain it to front desk employee but it took so long. Now I keep receiving emails from CARFAX my oil change is over due.They need to train the front desk and mechanic employees on their service/communication skills.What I learned? If you need to refuel, you may go there and refuel by yourself without talking to them.But if you need oil change or other repair kindly find a better place and go there.If you do, look at the receipts/records carefully and do not leave or pay before they correct their mistake.

they cheat all the possible ways. one of the worse technicians works here. Never go to this place, they will charge you one of the most expensive repairs and use very cheap materials. I had a very bad experience here

Stopped by here to fill up and buy windshield wiper fluid. Hassim was extremely helpful and repaired a tire leak in no time. I didnt realize i had a screw embedded in there. Couldnt ask for friendlier and competent service. Hard to find these days.

One of the best encounters I’ve every had. I had an extreme front tire issue, my new friend and Shell associate HASSIM went 20 stars out of his way and assisted me with this issue. Life saver because I was going to travel on 495, had my tire blown out there, let’s say I would have been in trouble. He is a great gentleman and Shell should be proud of such an excellent and exemplary Associate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
