Bad experience with Kenny. Very unprofessional way of handling claims. He agrees with the insurance agent to get my car there and then when I bring it there, he says can't have it there unless there is an estimate. So she gets back to him after the estimate is given and he calls ME and not her, to say that he will be charging me extra rate because that is their rate and insurance does not agree with that!! None of this was discussed with my insurance adjuster. So stay away from this shady business! Sad, because it is in a nice area with nice cars!!! I spoke to my very experienced insurance adjuster and she agrees that this is very unprofessional.

Had an amazing experience with Kenny, who was so extremely helpful and an all around joy to work with. I joked that I looked forward to wrecking my car again so we could do more business together.

I went to get estimates for my insurance company all information is wrong no body get estimate from this place first time I see person get estimate in 1 min also all parts are wrong

My review pertains only to customer service. Specifically, Kenny was attentive in providing me regular status updates as there were long lead times for my Tesla parts. I appreciated the constant texts and prompt replies to my calls. Grateful for him going above and beyond.

What a great experience! People were pleasant, professional. Price was more than fair. The "progress update" was world-class. They finished a little sooner than expected and returned the car washed and posed so I could see it as soon as I came up the driveway. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.Service: Body & Trim

Major accident in Maryland during winter, had my Porsche Panamera towed to Safford Tysons because close to my house. Jonathan, Erica, and Chet did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the 6 month repair process, and were my advocates when nearby Porsche dealer added damage to my car. Great business, highly recommend!
