Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as we searched for a pair of running shoes that suited us. Working with Chris was a pleasure as we tried on numerous different pairs. He patiently assisted us until we found a pair of running shoes that we were completely satisfied with. Recently went to the store and had not a great experience. I felt very much Underwhelmed by the level service I received and a little taken aback to watch other patrons to receive what appeared to be a much higher level of service, concern, and care when it came to their purchasing needs.

Bad experience here, employees were nice but ultimately was sold a shoe that is way to small for me feet and has put cuts on my smallest two toes from 3 days of use. Went a half size up from the machine scanner which recommended that I size 1.5 sizes down from my standard size I order.

I used to come to this store preCOVID.
COVID and two surgeries, later I finally made it back to the Vienna store. It is a challenge to find good sneakers for flat feet but with Caroline and Matt's help, Brooks and New Balance have worked for me! Checking out HOKA now. My show size has changed but comfort is still there. Thanks for all your help and support!

I love this store and have been buying my workout shoes there for the past six years. I recently had a knee replacement and the sales associate I worked with was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect pair. Great experience!

Consider Vienna my hometown and wanted to support this local/regional business. However, my experience with their service was disappointing, at best. Went with my daughter and niece. We immediately checked into their system/computer. Oddly, they served my daughter and niece but not me, and I checked in ahead of them. I clearly let two different sales person know that I wanted my feet analyzed but they continued to serve others. I waited patiently browsing their products, expecting to be served, but no luck. I did take a shower after my morning run so I don’t think it was me. Perhaps an off day since the place has plenty of positive reviews but wanted to share my experience.
