I recently visited PNC Bank for help with a balance transfer. Despite my limited English, Sami Omar was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to assist me not once, but twice. His dedication and willingness to help were truly exceptional.
Sami's professionalism and kindness made a significant difference for me. He explained everything clearly and ensured that I understood the process. I am very grateful for his outstanding service.

Not only did this branch remove all the tellers, it also takes forever for the branch to deposit checks. They have to go into a back room, which takes way longer than it did when they had the check deposit machine at each cubicle desk.I appreciated the help the salesperson provided me depositing my checks and showing me on mobile how to do the same thing. (I will absolutely be using mobile deposit from now on) I was also annoyed that I had to go to the ATM outside to get a cash withdrawal though, and I had to specify on the screen which denomination bills I wanted (2 $10 vs 1 $20). The salesperson was also really pushing me to get PNC’s credit card, which became too pushy for me.

Very disappointed with the "removal" of the teller windows in the Vienna Branch. Now I will need to go to other branches where they have tellers.

So there have been alot of changes to this branch in the last few months. Tellers removed, all staff changed out etc. Have had great relationship with previous staff. Really was only reason I left my mom's accounts as is last couple years. Today had a legitimate bad experience. I had moved most of my mom's money out of her money market account except for $79. In order not to incur low balance charges I was told to go home and go online to move it. I then found out I could not close the account from home, necessitating another trip to close the account. The bank rep Nivedita could have processed it all for me while I was in the branch office but guess she didn't want to he bothered to spend the time to process it...wanted me to do the work for her online. In any case now I need to make two trips to the branch. I will not be managing my mothers remaining checking accounts from this branch. I am also considering moving her checking accounts to another bank as well.

Wasted a month of my time. Withheld critical loan information. Predatory lending. Closed my account before even activating it cards or transferring one cent. Abismal customer service.
