“I need service on my diamond ring and called Diamond Exchange. I wasn't sure if I was able to receive the service because I called after 5pm and the store closes at 6pm. I spoke to Mr. Brendan and he was very delightful to talk to. He said if I can make it by 6pm, no problem, he could help me. I came from GMU and unfortunately the traffic on 123 was terrible. But, Mr. Brendan was kind and waited for me. If you are looking to exchange or buy diamond or jewelry, you need to check out this place before you make your purchase. After reading the online reviews, I decided to give Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange a try. I was quite pleased with the entirety of my experience, including the offer they made on my jewelry. And the place was very busy, both sellers and buyers, while I was there, which I take as a good sign. I would definitely return!”
