Faisal was exceedingly friendly, professional, and accommodating during my rug cleaning and appraisal. He completed all services expeditiously and was 100% honest and up front with all costs and timelines. It almost goes without saying, but this guy really knows his rugs, too! As a cherry on top, he even took plenty of time out of his schedule to coach me on the finer details of rug care and how to display them properly (with plenty of cost saving pro-tips).

Had an old oriental carpet that needed to be washed. Faisal did an amazing job getting it done as well as restoring the fringes on the edges of the carpet. I was overly impressed with their knowledge and history of my carpet, and how to best take care of it. I would highly recommend them for your oriental carpet needs!

Faisal and his team are fabulous! They repaired and cleaned our oriental rug. All hand work and no one will be able to tell where the repair is. So pleased. Definitely would hire again.

My area rug from Afghanistan has never been cleaned since I've received it ten years ago. Faisal was great with attention to detail and explaining the cleaning process. He explained how these rugs are hand cleaned and requires several weeks to dry. I was very please with the results!!!! I plan on using Faisal's services for my Romanian rug soon. I had a great experience with this company. I needed loops sewn onto the back of a silk rug so I can hang it onto a wall. I was on a time crunch so Faisal personally came to pick up the rug and had it ready for me in less than a week. Their work is impeccable and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them!

I just moved from California to Virginia and after 4 years of use with a dog I needed a deep clean. Faisal was great with attention to detail and explanation of the cleaning process. Was very satisfied with the results. Keep in mind Oriental carpets are hand cleaned which takes up to 3 weeks from pickup. I plan on using his service after the next 4 years

Faisal did an excellent job of cleaning our *very* old rug and fitting it with a high quality pad. One note: his business is no longer physically on Church, but he does offer pick up / drop off service. We'd highly recommend and will use him again in the future.

From pickup to delivery I was beyond satisfied with ORW's service. Mr. Kahn offered honest and excellent advice about what to fix, what to ignore, where new rug pads were needed and what steps to take to conserve my rugs for the future. His advice, including some that was the least expensive option, left me feeling very confidant that I had chosen well in selecting his company. His fast and efficient delivery was super convenient. To top it off my rugs came back looking almost brand new! I will be sure to use his services again.

Faisal has cleaned and repaired several rugs for us. In particular, he has repaired the fringe on a couple of rugs we have had for over 40 years. The results are fantastic. The rugs look like new. The cleaning and repair process can take some time, but it's worth it.
