Last Saturday, I went to this center for a pedicure and manicure, and just two days later, two nails broke at the bottom. I am a nurse and I work 14 hours a day and I cannot visit during the week. Five days later, the color of the rest of the nails was gone, and you can see my toenails in the photo. I attended my daughter's graduation party and a Christmas guest with this nail condition on Friday. I paid a hundred dollars in advance and I'm really upset. He also made one nail completely crooked according to the picture and it is embarrassing

I have had some of the best manicures/pedicures I've had in my life at Organic Nails and Spa. They truly pays close attention to detail and my nails have never been healthier or stronger. I get compliments on my nails daily. They are clean, efficient, and so sweet.

Visited this past weekend as I've been trying to find a good nail salon and liked that this one was organic. I got gel nails almond shaped and I will say these were done very well. They had a ton of color options which made narrowing a color difficult. I did have other gel nails on previously and they didnt not charge me for removal which most places do so that was nice. However, I am overall disappointed with everything else. I got a regular pedicure and typically, I have my toes painted first to allow them to dry while my nails are being done. Here, they started with the nails. For the toes, they weren't being cut short enough at all until I mentioned this to the person doing them. I then stayed with them under the dryer for a little over 10 mins (the dryer advertised that they dry within minutes). My toe ended up smudging and I realized when I got home. This has never happened for me with a regular pedicure ever and I think it is due to the order in which the services were conducted. Also I picked a very natural light color and was questioned a few times as this color was very light - I am the customer so what I'd like on my nails or toes is my choice. Lastly, I was offered a small bottle of water during the pedicure and they have a massage chair which is nice but I did see tea and other options and wasn't offered any of this from the get go - I've been to other salons that offer these items when you first sit down. I'd maybe come back here for gel nails only and I'm giving 3 stars here due to the good job done on my nails but otherwise, I felt the service was lacking and I am upset I spent $35 on a pedicure that smudged. My gel manicure was about $35 as well so I guess this is on the cheaper side. However, they also charge 3% more to pay with any card (not just credit) and this was not mentioned to me via phone when scheduling. I also didn't see it on their website but I did see complimentary beverages advertised but again, I just got a small bottle of water and that's it. Lastly, parking was easy and plentiful as this is located near downtown Vienna in a shopping center.

Randomly stopped by for a mani pedi, called beforehand and they were able to squeeze me in before they closed. Great service and tentative to my requests. They take walk-ins.

I have been coming here for few months now and have always been extremely impressed with my service. Sam does my nails and has such great attention to detail. After trying many salons in Vienna this one is the best in my opinion and the prices are great. I have sent many friends and they all love it as well. Look no further than Organic Nails and Spa for your next nail appointment!

I drive across town for the excellent service and cleanliness of this salon. They are the best! Kai has been my nail tech for many times! Great service, very clean and staff is friendly and overall a cute salon. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Great service. I set an appointment and I was immediately seated and serviced after I chose my color for my nails. Great price for a full set of long powder nails. I was serviced by Julie, very nice woman! Shaped just how I liked them. I will be returning.

Everyone is sweet and everyone is very good. It doesn't matter who you ask for you will have a great experience.Listen. These people are running a great business. I had Ken do my dip nails and my pedicure was with Kai. In and out under 1.5hrs. Staff is very friendly, and the space is cute and organized! So glad to find a quality salon in the area. I had a comfortable and positive experience with great results!

Really outstanding place. They did my tips and they never looked so natural! They are very clean and the service is outstanding. The best I have seen since I moved to Vienna 3 years ago . Incredible service! Kai is amazing! So professional. Hands down best manicure ever!
