I was initially very hesitant about personal training because of my previous experiences with personal fitness, but Paolo made me feel so comfortable from the minute I walked in. As soon as the introductory sessions were over, I knew I had chosen the right place!Paolo and Gio push me to be the best version of myself and try new things. I feel myself getting stronger every day, and I’m so lucky to be in such a safe and comfortable environment while trying to reach my goals! I leave every session knowing I gave it my all, and it’s because of their encouragement and support.After a long workday, I actually look forward to going to OTW because I have the best team of coaches who lead me through tailored workouts that fit my needs. It’s been a few months, and I’m feeling stronger than ever. Thanks to them, my relationship with fitness and exercise has completely changed.I’m looking forward to working with Paolo and Gio for years to come at On The Way Fitness and Vienna Boxing! If I could rate more than five stars, I would!! Give OTWF a try - I promise you won’t regret it :)

Paulo has been my trainer for the last one month. I have been so impressed with his method and the advances that I have made in just 4 weeks. He has a relaxed but motivational personality. I highly recommend on the way fitness for anyone and for any age. It has been a wonderful experience. They will train you the right way to avoid injury.

Paulo is a very kind & skillful trainer , he gives you tailored program according to your body & your needs. He also gives you full attention & a lot professional tips . he encourages you for every little progress . My core is much stronger than before ,I feel so good now , I really enjoying the training time with him .

Ive been Paulo for almost 2.5 yrs now and its been fantastic. Longest ive lasted on any training regime and I owe it to him. Hes very flexible with his schedule. I travel a lot and the virtual trainings have saved me! He mixes up the routine and has a nice studio as well. Very pleased!

I've been going to see Paulo at OTWF for almost a year now. I am so happy I tried the introductory offer of 3-visits for $99.00 because it started me toward reaching my fitness goals. Paulo thoroughly discussed my goals with me; strength and some weight loss. He has customized a program that fits me perfectly. He has been able to strengthen my legs and yet protect my arthritic right knee. I love that he also has an uplifting spirit and keeps tabs on me to make sure that I come even when I have those days when I don't want to. Because of Paulo, I am strong and have endurance. I play tennis 4-5 times a week and feel like I can play even more! Thank you Paulo.

Paulo and Gio are great! Excellent personal trainers that do a good job of customizing the experience to my specific needs. A good balance of pushing to improve without being aggressive. In addition to exercises also greatly improving overall physical health through stretching and advice on point pressure therapy.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness or just feel better.

I am so glad I came across Paulo's studio! I've never been much of a sporty person and would always dread going to the gym... however, thanks to him, I finally found enjoyment in exercising! I was able to lose 20 pounds in less than 4 month of working out with Paulo! And most importantly, kept it off ever since then!
