I had a terrible time but with at least almost good ending at this salon. Yaffa did my hair like nobody else have done before; horrible! She was hurry because it was Saturday and had a bday celebration didn't listen of my request just did whatever she wanted to do to make it faster. First picture attached is how I wanted my hair vs how Yaffa did it. I was embarraced of my hair at work! I came back and Natasha & Jessica took care of and went above and beyond we stayed until almost 10 pm, Natasha was careful and kind. My hair didn't come up exactly how I wanted but looks good still, got so much damage after doing a process for 2 times. It was expensive and frustrating.

Terrible job with KERATIN, Kate is not experienced with this treatment, I have gotten many treatments before with different good hairstyles and many different countries and this is the worst. She ended up doing only my roots which is fine with me but ended up charging me the full hair amount which is not worth it at all. Not recommended!

I’ve been going to Noufal in Vienna for the last 4 years, and I can't say enough good things about this salon. Both Lena and Irena, the owner, are absolutely incredible. Each visit feels like an escape to an oasis where I can truly enjoy myself. They offer wine, coffee, and water, and make you feel like a movie star by the time you leave.
The professionalism in coloring and hairstyling is unmatched, making you feel ready for a magazine photo shoot. Irena’s eye for beauty extends to the smallest details, with a drop dead gorgeous interior design and avant-garde bathrooms, always immaculate, stunningly decorated and fresh. They even have daily infused cucumber and raspberry water available - every time I visit.
They go above and beyond! and the kindness of the staff is unparalleled. From the reception desk girls to the hair washers, who give the most relaxing hair massages, making each visit an absolute pleasure. This place is a real gem, and I can't imagine getting better service at any other salon in Northern Virginia. 7 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My hair is long and dark brown. She takes my brown hair to blonde hair gently without causing damage. The salon atmosphere is warm comfortable and pleasing

I booked with Irina to get highlights and when I showed her the picture with what I want she said that's baleyage, ok ...let do it. But the result.... very disappointed and unprofessional baleyage!!! I hate my look of my hair and I'm trying to hide the big highlight in the front!! Is not what I was expecting!!! And I paid $ 500 !! Everyone laughing on my professional baleyage! Maybe she had a bad day but I definitely want my money back. First picture, how was my hair, second what I wanted and 3rd what I got!!!

I’ve been going here for years and love it so so much! It is on the pricy end but so worth it, will always be going back here!!
Stylist: I have gone to Leila for almost 5 years now for balayage and she is truly the best! I went to Faiza a few months ago to get my hair toned to a darker color and she did a lovely job on top of giving me a beautiful haircut/blowout!

I scheduled an appointment with Laila and couldn't be happier with the perfect haircut. Also, the lady who washed my hair gave me an incredible head massage. Will definitely visit again!

I had an incredible experience at Noufal haircolor studio! The atmosphere was cozy and clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Faiza, did an amazing job with my hair. And gave me a fantastic haircut and hair color that I absolutely loved. I highly recommend Noufal haircolor studio to anyone looking for a wonderful salon experience with talented hairstylists! ?????

Really sad experience. I waited 30mins after Irina dealt with another customer losing her phone, after 30mins, there was no apology. She knew she had lost time with me so she quickly changed my appointment lot of color and highlights to only partial root color. Not even taking the time to check my hair first. She spent 10mins applying the color to my roots and then left. The sweet shampoo lady took over once the timer went off, and finished washing my hair. Irina didn’t even check in with me throughout this time. She brushed my hair and told me she doesn’t have time for blow dry. I left with wet hair, not knowing exactly how the color looks at this point. When the front desk girl - Lauren - charged me for the root color, I questioned the service and the experience but she very rudely shrugged and said “ok”. I told her my referral will also cancel her upcoming appointment- giving her a chance to show some care but she repeated with “ok” - lack of customer service was really disappointing.It was a very unfortunate experience overall. And to be clear, I don’t expect excellent service but when you charge me $$$ for exceptional service, I expect some care as a client. They lost 2 clients already for the lack of care and negligence for customer service.

I called in prior to the appointment. The receptionist said 185$ including coloring/ highlights. She didn't tell me blow dry was additional and after washing my hair- they called me to dry it. They never asked if I wanted simple dry or blow dry. After the stylist finished, I was billed for 215$.This is unethical and I don't see myself going back
