My family and I had purchased a home twice with them. Coral has been working day and night to ensure we got those houses on separate times. Once was during Covid times and the other was recent. Both times she demonstrated grit and persistence. She was supportive the whole time because she believed in us. That kind of authentic sentiment is difficult to come across.

My-Hahn, Felipe, Rei, and entire team that supported us were incredibly attentive, transparent, and helpful throughout our time with them. Worst Lender they made me to lose tree deals that i have at same time. They don't have compassion for clients even when you have the closing date they don't answer they don't care if you are going to lose your deposit in sin frustrated.

My fiancé and I recently worked with MOS to get approved for a mortgage on our first home. The MOS team was able to quickly support key milestones and get us timely paperwork, which helped a lot in a hot real estate market. Our loan officer was responsive, informative, transparent and available to answer our questions throughout the process. We were able to close in less than 20 days and successfully got everything we needed, despite a closing date just two days before Christmas. The business is a family operation of hardworking, talented people, who care a lot about their customers. We will work with them again in the future.

Received my closing disclosure just 3 HOURS BEFORE closing and numbers were wrong. As soon as we expressed something about the numbers were not the ones that we previously agreed (agreed on a meeting personally). Alfonso said "You guys are not my problem anymore, do what you guys want, Im going on vacations" and we had to finish the process with another lady much better than the mediocre Alfonso.
