I had a great experience getting my car repaired at Matchless. The employees were accommodating and pleasant to work with. The end product was perfect with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Matchless if you need to take your car to a body shop.

Masters of their Craft. ?
My Lexus RC-350 F-Sport had the hood paint deeply scratched by a huge rock kicked up on the freeway. Broke my heart.
The paint is Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0, and from what I’ve read it’s an extremely complex paint job: multiple layers, different paints.
Just got the car back, and I can’t believe how absolutely PERFECT it is. The color, tone, reflectivity is indistinguishable from the adjoining quarter panels.
Talked with the guys at the shop, and learned they have been in business over 40 years. I know why now.
Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the whole experience. The price was what I expected to pay, considering the work involved which included completely removing, sanding and repainting the hood and curing.
If you want perfection at a fair price, I highly recommend this shop. Good job, guys.

The experience at Matchless Bodyworks Inc. Vienna, VA was superb. I wanted to leave my car for potential service while I was on holiday vacation. My guy Eliot S. made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was safe & I nothing to worry about. Eliot S. answered all my question & concerns about my repairs for the car. Even guided me on what I should do next with the vehicle. I have my car back & it's in good standing. I will definitely be putting Matchless Bodyworks Inc on my go to place for great bodywork & customer service!

Poorly run, STAY AWAY!! It took 9 weeks to fix a simple fender after mishandling the parts order multiple times. I wasted multiple days (and time off work) driving there to be told they forgot the part wasn’t delivered. As a final insult, the cost was over estimate and they didn’t even offer a discount after 2 months of delayed work. They clearly don’t have their act together and I’m surprised they’re still in business. I was so upset, I called the referring shops to make sure they know this business is Matchless in their incompetence.

The best $125 I ever spent. If you are thinking of purchasing a used vehicle around the D.C. area you MUST have Elliot of Matchless Body Works inspect it before you purchase. Saved me from buying a car not worth the money and one that I would regret owning. Thank you so much Elliot for your expert evaluation. I recently needed bodywork on my 2023 Acura MDX (hit and run in grocery store lot). Matchless did an amazing job. I was worried as my car was only 6 months old, but you would never know there was any damage on it after Matchless fixed it. Eliot was my contact, and he was great at explaining the process and timeframe. They were true to their word and had the work done in 5 days. And at a very fair price! I would highly recommend Matchless to anyone needing bodywork done to their car. And nice guys, too!

I got hit by two deer (in the span of 5 seconds), and my headlight assembly got broken just enough for my car to fail the VA safety inspection.Matchless was able to inspect and fix my car the day I called, which was AWESOME.They sewed my assembly together with wire, so I did not have to pay for an entire new assembly for which I am sooo grateful. Altogether, the whole fix took them less than 30 minutes.Everyone was really friendly, and I will definitely be back when I have the funds for full body work. Thank you so much!!

Had a real good experience with Matchless repairing my SUV rear-ender. The work was fabulous; all the panels align like it left the factory. The Black Forest Green paint (hard to match the flop) looks spectacular in all light. It was hard to get a few parts (out of production) and they beat bushes to find the right part, not just an "acceptable" substitute. I really appreciated the effort to make everything "just right". I never write a review and first in years. Terrible service. I call to try to get a estimate for repair and was denied. I explained that the insurance company wrote a estimate check but insisted that was estimate and needed to see it and would be the estimate. I then explained again that I am asking for estimate so I can see how much the car repair be and wouldn't schedule because wanted to see the other estimate that I didn't have. Sad to see such terrible service.
