I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I'm still in shock and complete disbelief at how rude and disrespectful Paul was towards my husband and me. We hired Paul to repair our refrigerator as he came highly recommended by our neighbors. Paul and his son arrived shortly after our appointment time and upon entering our home, Paul started with the backhanded, sarcastic comments. First, he pointed out the scuffs on the hardwood floors near our refrigerator. He bluntly asked how did they get there and then flat out said that it was apparent we didn't care about protecting the floors. Basically calling us weirdos because we clean behind the refrigerator "more than once a year." As a side note, the scratches are light and were there when we bought the house. This was followed by a barrage of questions as to why we selected a refrigerator that in his words wasn't "built to be serviced." Next came a series of rants and complaints as he roughly took apart the freezer compartments. Throughout it all we heard him mutter that he couldn't wait to retire. All of this in less than 10 minutes after welcoming him into our home. Next, he went to his truck to get a steamer which was needed to melt the block of ice that had caused the issue with our refrigerator. He returned to the kitchen and without acknowledging us or asking permission to do so, he immediately grabbed the kitchen faucet to fill the steamer with water. My husband kindly asked Paul to use either the utility sink or sink in the hallway bath- especially given that the steamer was quite dingy. Here's where things got interesting. In response to my husband's ask, Paul begins to loudly protest yelling that "this is the stupidest thing he's ever heard," called us "delusional," and said that we acted as if our home was "Downton Abbey" and as if we were a Lord and Lady of the manor. HE LITERALLY SAID THIS. At this point, I had had enough and was just about to show this clown the door but our freezer and its many components were lying all over the kitchen floor. We let him finish the job while watching him like a hawk because how can you trust someone who spews such hate and vitriol to be left alone to his own devices? Never, ever again! This man is as disrespectful, ignorant, and obtuse as they come. He smacks of misogyny and racism. He is a discredit to his profession and to the human race in general. I'm impressed this animal walks upright. PURE TRASH!

We had an excellent experience with Master Appliance. Paul came out within 24 hours to fix the work of another company. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, ordered the part for install the next day, and arrived on time with a call to let us know he was coming. We couldn't be happier.

I called Paul this morning to see if he could do an urgent repair to a commercial washer at the local fire station. He responded right away with all of the parts he might need. He was able to make the repairs quickly and get the washer back in service, which is especially important during this critical time. Thank you for the fantastic service at a very fair price! Truly a great member of our terrific community!

Over the course of a number of years, Paul has fixed my refrigerator, my dryer, and my washing machine. He is always extremely professional and does a great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Charged $260 to fix a $25 part on a 20 yr old dryer, when I could have got a replacement dryer for <$100. Came out in July to fix the dryer and surprised me with a $100+ estimation fee that they had not mentioned until after they looked at the dryer to find a broken part that would have cost $25 for my kids' dad to replace had he not been deployed at the time. At that point I was so much in the hole to them I had to go ahead and have them fix it, for only for it to break again now in the same place :( If they contact me to come back and make this right I will remove this negative review. As my kids' dad deploys a lot I am now used to service people who will see an opportunity to take advantage of a working mother of young children who is on her own, and that's exactly what they did.

My kitchen was renovated about 8 years ago and it's getting to that place where all the appliances are starting to have problems. Chad has been out twice in the past several months, once for my dishwasher which was not getting things clean and once for my refrigerator which was leaving little puddles on the floor. Both times he has been on time, and has been polite, friendly, and knowledgable. He's done the job right both times and always gives me useful advice on how to maintain my appliances properly. I will continue to use Master Appliance Service and I highly recommend them. FYI, they don't work on Wolf appliances (which is too bad because that's my stove).

Call was for leaky washing machine. Chad arrived on time, after initial call to advise he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem, identified a store that had the broken part in stock, picked it up, installed it, and verified the problem was solved! In addition, he showed me how to clean the sprayers in the dishwasher and shared info on keeping both machines clean to minimize problems. Very satisfied!

They delivered fast and kept our tushies us warm! Ordered a furnace control board that was hard to find for our 31-year old furnace. They had the best online reputation and combined price with overnight shipping (only one chilly night). They're the best in my book! Service centers said they'd have to order it from the manufacturer, it'd probably cost hundreds of dollars (if they had one), another hundred to put it in, and it'd take 'a few days'. I did it for $128! This was on par with what happened at our lake house (I replaced that one too on my own). Part was promised before 10:30 AM and it arrived at 9:30 AM. Heat was cranking before 10:15. Thanks guys!
