I have owned a Maserati for several years, now. This dealership has the worst service department.
First, it's hard to get them on the phone. Don't answer calls, you can't make money.
Second, when you drive there to speak to someone in person because they don't answer calls, they are too busy to take your car in for service.
Lastly, when you agree to some far out date, they can't give you a loaner, ever. Last I checked, they had ONE loaner car and it's always promised out for months.
Do not expect a luxury experience at this Maserati dealership.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Devaunte Morgan at Safford Maserati in purchasing a pre-owned Porsche Cayenne. Devaunte was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive in navigating us thru the process and especially communicative in answering all of our questions and responsive to any issues that came up from Agreement thru delivery. Maserati of Vienna has a heck of a team that I most appreciate doing business with. They repaired my car and restored it back to the original state. Thanks to Kenny Milling and his associate. There were so many question that I need answers and Patricia/Kenny and Chet was there to answer all my questions dealing with the services that I was being offered. Upon arrival Kenny was very professional and accommodating with receiving my vehicle. With me being new Maseroti owner I left feeling whole with all the info that I received about the service of my vehicle. This location is top notch on there customer service, and I would recommend any one who owns a Maseroti to take it to SAFFORD COLLISION IN Vienna Va.

This is a great dealership because of the sales Manager Mr Nick ZAIMI. Nick IS AN OUTSTANDING person who really facilitates all transactions at Maserati of Tysons.
I was in the past a racing car driver now became a physician,so he knew how to answer every technical question without hesitation.
He gave me his cell phone number and answered all my questions in a great and professional manner.
So I bought the top Maserati which is the quattroporte MODENA 2022. Nick made the sale transaction very smooth and I am enjoying driving this great maserati sports sedan.
Maserati of USA is lucky to have Nick Zaimi as a SUPERB manager.

I’ve had the worst experience with this dealership time and time again! My car has been in the service department for nearly 3 weeks with little communication! The part needed is on back order for God knows how long. After some back & forth they sent me to Enterprise for a loaner yet won’t cover the cost to get me into a car comparable to my vehicle! I sat in Enterprise for over 4hrs while Maserati & Enterprise went back & forth on what they won’t cover!!!!!I don’t recommend this place & in fact I don’t even want a Maserati any longer! This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with at any dealership! This is totally unacceptable!! Manager did absolutely nothing to help with the situation!
