During COVID-19, as online shopping became our norm, this UPS store has been the backbone of Great Falls. Their diligent work, often under the pressure of processing multiple returns and coordinating with heavy UPS trucks, has not gone unnoticed.
We, as a community, owe them our support for their tireless efforts.
Every team member, from Evy, the young lady with the striking purple hair highlight to the young assistant Jaalen, with his always smiling face, provides exemplary service. I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten box and they have provided assistance or printing labels directly to their printer with speed and efficiency all that requires effort, knowledge and ability to do a great work and all of them provided that and more.
They offer a range of supplies, like tape at reasonable prices, and boxes for those last-minute Amazon drop-offs.
This team's diversity in personalities and strengths creates a perfect blend, making this UPS store the go-to for all our mailing needs. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marlon for his exceptional leadership.
His skill in managing both his staff and customers ensures the store meets our neighborhood’s high standards.

I was returning some Amazon purchases and I messed up everything there was to mess up, and the guy at this store took care of everything for me including swapping packaging bags to save me money. Then I got home and realized I messed up return labels as well! Went back and the pulled out my packages and fixed that for me in as well. All was done quickly, friendly and professionally. “I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”
“Today I came into the store to return some items to Amazon but they sent me labels to print out which I did, but only to be informed by Ari that I would have to put the labels on myself in seperate boxes. He sensed that I was frustrated with the process (because it was my first time) and not his fault at all, but proceeded to help me by changing the return process on Amazon for every single item to be able to do the return in the store with no hassle. He was VERY patient and compassionate and lifted a huge load off of my shoulders. “I’ve never had a problem. I drop off UPS packages all the time and have never had a problem getting a receipt. I think some of the negative reviews come from people not understanding the difference between a UPS drop off and UPS access point. You can purchase a UPS label at Parcel Place and they will accept UPS drop offs if you already have the Amazon return shipping label printed.They cannot scan your Amazon return bar code and print the label for you. You need to go to an actual UPS store or UPS access point for that service (you can do that at AutoZone right down the street OR the UPS store in Bradlick shopping center).Additionally, with regards to the review about discrimination against Caucasians, I have never experienced anything like that. The owner has always been nice to me and I’m white. However, I always go out of my way to treat service people (waiters/bartenders/retail sales associates) with the respect they deserve, so I usually get excellent customer service in return.”

So since I buy lots of things on Amazon, I do have some returns. This is the place. I always go to return them. The people that work there also seem like friends to me weirdly enough. They knew me before I was pregnant all through my pregnancy and since I’ve had my baby, he’s almost 10 months nowreturning packages lol also, I got really cool. Peanuts stamps for Christmas from there one year. I haven’t seen them back since so I guess it’s a collectors item now I’m glad I didn’t use them.”
