If your bullied like I was you need to stand up for yourself. I had a supervisor that was 22 years old constantly made fun of my disability I have cerebral paulsy I reported it and nothing was done about it on the three separate occasions. I was extremely fast at the job. After they decided to allow him to step down and become a independent contractor is when I would be asked to work in the office as a dispatcher having to interact with him. Fast forward to this year when things started taking a turn and the company was looking for a way to downsize. They eliminated most of the office staff but two of us. They needed a way to get rid of one more so they decided to start this investigation over issues with a contractor. You probably know where this is going yes they suddenly told me they didn't need me anymore and the bully got to stay it's because of who he knew. The only reason I stayed was because of the money it was a good paying job but I was miserable if you don't mind being bullied mentally and physically by having stuff thrown at you this is the place to work.

CONTACT YOUR SELLER AND TELL THEM ABOUT ALLTHE BAD REVIEWS AND ONE STARS CAUSE I KNOW I WILL, anybody else realize when you search the address you can see four other names that were listed at the same property and they say temporarily closed. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY, CANT TALK TO NOBODY AND MY PACKAGE IS GOING ON DAY FIVE OF NOT BEING DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH I WROTE THE BUSINESS HOURS AND I AM THERE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS CHANGING THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY TO "NEEDS MORE INFORMATION" SO I STILL CANT GET MY PACKAGE DELIVERED

I am writing that a delivery driver threw a package outside of our office door, I attempted to tell the driver we don't accept packages at our office, and he would need to deliver this package to the resident's door. He threw his hands in the air and told me to call the police because he wasn't taking the package back.The behavior shown on our property was unprofessional, embarrassing, and lacking the utmost customer service. Please have this address with the driver of package 1LSCXLN002SDIGI.

How is this company still in business? Incorrectly, sent me someone else’s package full of coffee pods, with my name and address sloppily taped ontop of their address. After I contacted them, they miraculously found my package back in their warehouse and re-sent it to me three days later. However, no one from LaserShip ever notified me that the package had been delivered to the apartment complex’s package room (didn’t load the package into the package room correctly, so I never received a notification from the apt.), until the 3rd day, when they called me, and then proceeded to yell at me over the telephone and ultimately hung up on me.

Worst carrier ever if I could give 0 stars I would. The amount of times they lose and mishandle packages is insane. They never deliver properly and have terrible customer service. I don’t know why companies still use them. They need to go out of business.

Worse delivery company. Disappointed that retailers in NYC area continue to use their services. Packages are lots often and their response (in the rare event you manage to get an answer from them) is to contact your retailer for a refund. Amazon, Macys, Ulta, Nike PLEASE STOP USING LASERSHIP. We don't want a refund we want what we bought, that's why we bought it.

The most incompetent delivery service I have ever used. Continually deliver my packages to the wrong address. Customer service is a joke. They tell you the same recycled garbage

I saw all the bad reviews and got really worried when I got notified by my seller that lasership would be delivering my package. Despite my fears, they delivered. The time it took to deliver was under a day! It was faster than FedEx priority overnight... I'm pleasantly shocked and I'm now alright with getting my packages shipped through lasership.

Absolute worst. Can't believe they are still in business. Will say package delivered but it isn't. Then no one to talk to at "customer service". You can open an case with them online but it's a black hole.

Arrived on time as scheduled no problems. Not sure why everyone else who’s left a review is having such a hard time. Came on the day it said it would. Ordered through Temu app. Here within a week with leadership. Never heard of them before, seems fine to me.

Lasership is the Worst Delivery Company Ever, I live in an apartment they say they delivered to my door but there was no package, and I was home. I file on their website, they tell me they will contact me in two business days and nothing happen. I never located my package.
