I've played lacrosse 15 years, been at this store for 10, and never has the customer service been better. It's been incredible. Every single person there is so attentive and knowledgeable, it's absolutely amazing. No where else I'd rather get things from. If you're beginning your lacrosse journey, skip every sport store except here, you won't regret it

Lacrosse unlimited is amazing. I go there every time I need my stick restrung. Their staff is so nice and so knowledgeable about the sport. I even once broke my stick the day before a game and needed a new one asap. We went there and got a new stick stung overnight right in time for my game. Awesome experience here definitely hit it up if your lacrosse player!

There was a mix up on the promised time for stick restringing. I believe his name was Mike, he took care of me and got my sons stick done in time for the game.Thank you.

Bossman is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Good selection of lacrosse gear.Popular place to go to so need to be patient - it gets packed.We are very lucky to have this store and great staff in Vienna!

These guys are amazing. We were in town for a tournament. Stopped in because my son needed a new stick. They spent a lot of time watching him throw and shoot, asked type of player he was and then presented him with the best options (not the most expensive). They strung the head and then watched him shoot, they made a couple of adjustments to the stringing. All told we were in the store for about 2 hours while they made sure he had the right head, shaft and stringing to suit his game. 3rd stick we have bought from them, this is our go to place.

We live a 3 hour drive from the store but the legendary customer service provided by Stenson Crews and his staff is worth it. It’s not a surprise that you can go to any other LU store and the staff will tell you how awesome Stenson is.
