Update.9/4/2024 - I've reached out to my sales guy twice since my purchase and have yet to get a response. I guess since the checks clear there no need to respond.
Very pleased, loved the atmosphere, everyone was friendly and helpful. Not to mention they were the only dealership that had the car I was looking for in stock.

I recently purchased a Yukon AT4 from Selvin. This young man was very honest and had fantastic knowledge of the products he is selling. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase with him. His sale manager, Sait was more than fair with my trade value and the price of his vehicle, and worked with me to come to an agreement on a price that worked for both of us.

Beware the financing department. They told me my interest rate would be lower IF I agreed to buy a warranty. This is coercive tied selling and it is illegal. Whether you buy a warranty has no effect on your interest rate.

Rodrigo Guevara is an excellent product specialist and sales professional when looking to purchase your new/ used vehicle at Koons Chevrolet, Buick GMC. Extremely, friendly and honest and did not give the typical run around that I have experienced at other dealerships across Northern VA area. Additionally, I also appreciate his willingness to answer questions and assist me even after making my purchase.

They will run your credit score down, I told them that I was approved though capital one, but they still ran my credit 6 times F up my credit score, I called them to talk about it they never called me back, I was told that the truck cost after trade in with tax and tags was around 23k , and they rose the price to 28k and then they used my trade in value to bring it back to around 24k, so basically they took my trade in car and gave me nothing for it if you add it all up. BS!.

I bought a convertible mustang from Koons and was given a "We Owe" for the tint damaged in the window because of tape from the price sheet. I went to schedule the tint repair and they refused to honor the We Owe. Koons is a bunch of LIARS and Thieves and DO NOT do business with this dealership. I tried several times and they refused so I would go do business with a reputable dealership and NOT Koons. DO NOT TRUST KOONS THEY ARE LIARS.

We have now tried Koons 3 times. Each time we walk away less than satisfied. They are incredibly responsive to get you in the door. Once there, we needed no financing. They insisted they could "only verify who you are by pulling your credit" which then was admittedly a way to try to upsell you on their financing and warranties etc. If the US government can allow you to board flights, rent cars, and buy a home using your driver's license, why does Koons think it's necessary to pull your credit to verify your "identity". Less than transparent business practices and also a form of intimidation to the customer.
We have contacted the salesperson and the internet sales manager with a problem with the car (within 24 hours of driving off the lot) and we still have no resolution 3 days later.
I would look elsewhere. The customer experience is less than pleasant.

I went to Koons to test drive some cars I interested, when I walked into the entrance and tried to find some sales person, David Owino greeted me, I tested couple of cars, he is very professional, knowledgeable and patient, if I ever buy car, would more than happy to work with him.
