We had 2 bathrooms - one renovated - one added with a redesign of a bedroom. We worked with Florina and she is fantastic! She helped through every step. She did the design, helped us with selecting materials, and supervised from start to finish. We couldn't be happier. She has an excellent eye for detail and maximizing space. We are so very happy with the end result. Will definitely work with her again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Florina at Kitchen and Bath Floors! We did a complete kitchen remodel and she made the process much less stressful for us. She offered helpful suggestions and was incredibly responsive to our (many) questions. The materials she helped us choose were fabulous and we are thrilled with our new kitchen!

We recently had our kitchen redone under the expert management of Florina Wojiciech of Kitchen and Bath Floors USA. We have undertaken many remodeling projects during the past forty years and none has ever gone so smoothly as this one. Everything – from the first design to the installation of the last tile – went flawlessly, thanks to Florina's professionalism, oversight, and attention to detail. She is an outstanding designer, project manager, and accepts nothing less than first class workmanship. We recommend her and her crew most highly!

I had two bathrooms remodeled, carpet replaced and several rooms painted. It was a large project, and Florina and her team came in, started the job, and just kept going until completion, which minimized the disruption to my home. Other than a few days using a different bathroom, I was not at all inconvenienced by them.

Kitchen and Bath Floors USA did amazing work. They did a complete kitchen remodel. They were really good at working with us so that we would get the perfect modern kitchen that we always wanted. The men worked with us to match our styles and design choices. Everything was done within the time given and prices are reasonable. It looks amazing, I highly recommend them.

We worked with David and he made our experience very easy. We bought beautiful tile from him and then had his crew install it in our entryway. The demoed existing tile and then instaled the new. It took a about a day and a half. The level of quality for the install was excellent. We could not find any flaws. I highly recommend both the store for their quality selection of tile and their installation team.

We just got our kitchen remodeled and let me tell you these guys know what they are doing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the work they performed. Our kitchen looks beautiful. I would highly recommended them if your looking to remodel.

We just completed a complete kitchen remodel, and we couldn't be happier. I've experienced several remodeling projects from different companies (bathroom remodel, garage renovation, master suite new construction, large backyard landscape), and this was the best of the bunch. We chose Kitchen & Bath Floors USA after interviewing four other firms. Of course, each has its individual business plan and process. We found Kitchen & Bath Floors USA to be the most customer friendly, up-front and honest, and committed to customer satisfaction. The initial meeting with designer gave us a solid overview of the design-build process including how costs would be determined, what we would expect in terms of cost and time, and how the process would proceed. The idea was to renovate the kitchen, but the outcome was an "open concept" connecting the kitchen and the living room. It was helpful with furniture layout and selection as well as colors although much of this really all exceeded the scope of the project. We worked with their designers, and we found it very easy to work with. In the end we combined their design ideas with our own, and the outcome was really good. I like that everything was scheduled . . . the time window for the design process, the time window after design-before build while the materials were ordered, and the building process itself. We worked with Wahid as our project manager. He was always responsive, and he anticipated even the smallest concern we might have, and almost always fixed problems before we even had to ask about them. Clearly Wahid and the entire company is truly committed to quality and customer satisfaction. The construction timeline lasted just about 4 weeks, just as planned, even with our own change orders. We ended up with a great new kitchen that changes the whole house and that was completed on time and within budget.

We've used FloorsUSA twice in the past 10 years. Each time we put in wood floors on two levels of a townhouse and stairs. The first time everything went very well. Happy with the job and pricing. We used them again about 5 months ago. Installed floors on two levels and completely new wood stairs. The floor installations were good. The stairs didn't work out so well. After 3 weeks the shine from the stain (3 coats we were told) disappeared. We called a few times to ask to fix it. But the salesman kept trying to convince me that the shine can't be compared to the floors because they apply more coats at the factory. I said that I'm not comparing them. The shine on the steps just faded. He didn't want to hear it, kept going back to the comparison which was bizarre. In the the end playing ignorant worked because we just gave up trying to deal with them. He then promised my wife to find a solution but never called back. By then we had made our final payment. The new steps also creak and occasionally make a loud noise when you walk down the stairs. If you use this company just do something simple and basic. Otherwise you'll get a situation like mine and the above reviewer. They outsource their installations to third party contractors so it's hit or miss. Not sure how they are selected.

I have been to Floor USA, there are nice tiles, kitchen & bath and carpet samples/show room. Found them friendly recommend to visit it once before you decide to order somewhere else.
