“After looking at several other contractors, we selected Panorama to do a full renovation of our basement. Now that the job is finished, we could not be happier with our decision.

From start to finish, George was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and forthright with us about what needed to be done and what it would cost to do it right, explaining the pros and cons of different options, and offering helpful advice without being pushy or trying to run up the costs with additions we did not need. And whenever we had questions throughout the process, he was always available and quick to respond.

Once the renovation started, George worked with us to make sure we understood what was happening at each phase of the project. The Panorama team not only did great work but went out of their way to avoid disrupting things in rest of the house, which was important to us since our two teenagers were home in the afternoons while they were working. And the work was done on time, with minimal issues or complications.

But what truly made the experience of working with George and the Panorama team exceptional is the little ways that they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product. From coming up with creative design solutions to make the space more aesthetically appealing, to replacing lighting fixtures in adjacent areas that were not part of the contract at no cost, to coming back after the job was technically finished to wall mount our new TV, they always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final result. And we definitely are.

The basement looks amazing, and nothing sums it up better than my daughter seeing it for the first time and saying “I can’t believe this is our house”. The next time we have a home renovation project, we will definitely be calling Panorama.”

“Didier Jean , DJ, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My design task was difficult and he was able to create several viable options that were very nice options. He was attentive and patient, it took over an hour to finish the visit. The showroom is gorgeous with many modern, fresh ceramics, porcelains and marble. Do not hesitate to request DJ or visit this upscale showroom at Floor and Decor. Apparently there are only 4 in the United States and we are lucky to have one here in the DMV. I drove over from Georgetown- well worth it for this free design consult”

“My Kitchen & Bath did a renovation for a neighbor who called it one of the easiest home projects on her long list. After considering several contractors, I chose My Kitchen for three bath remodels, and the overall experience was good with beautiful results. The design staff provided helpful and welcome guidance. For example, when I was eyeing a bright white cabinet, Nomi noted that my home was full of ivory and cream tones and recommended a champagne white that worked out perfectly. The work crews were amazing with such knowledge of their trades and attention to detail. The project manager Ata and crew manager Claudio were available when needed and their responsiveness and expertise were appreciated. I will happily refer others to My Kitchen. Attached are before and after photos for one bath, where the old low maple cabinet was replaced with champagne white and quartz, plus glossy Urbano Crema tiles up to the ceiling. In the second bath, an old tub was replaced with a walk in shower (now I just need to decide on a mirror!).”

“- The shop is not very large, about the size of a single deep shophouse unit, with a parking area located in the courtyard directly in front.
- The interior features a wide variety of tiles displayed in different corners; in particular, I found some tile model here that I couldn't find at any other stores.
- On the day I visited (Jan 19, afternoon), there were 2-3 staff members available to answer questions immediately without having to wait in a queue.

[My Impression]
- A female staff member named Colleen provided excellent service and assistance. I went to the shop looking for a specific tile and brought a sample with me. I consulted her, and she helped check the stock information. When it turned out the item was out of stock, she went further by recommending similar alternatives, walking me through various samples in the shop, and providing many useful tips. I would like to express my thanks to her again through this review.”
