I have been taking my 2007 Toyota Sienna to Just Tires, Vienna for over 10 years now and thanks to their excellent service and workmanship led by their service manager Freddy Gomez my car is in top shape and running very smoothly. At this rate this car may last more than 20 years and surpass 200k miles !!!

I have been using Just tire for the past few years because of their location. I took my low mileage Kia for oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I drove away from the shop the engine light came on. I took it back to the shop and told them about the issue.
They asked me to leave it there. later they said they fixed it. When I took the car back again, the engine failed. This time I took it to the Kia dealer. They said the whole engine is damaged and they need to replace the engine. I have no idea what their technican has done to the car. This was my last time using this store. I think they do not know what they are doing.

I’ve had Cali change my tires and help with some other stuff with my car. He is very knowledgeable, professional, super patient, extremely helpful and very great at his job. I usually turn my car in and would get a pretty quick turnaround within a couple of hours. Thank you for taking care of my car, Cali!

Since the Fairfax location closed, my Just Tires experience has been Just 'Meh'. My visit last week was not good. They couldn't find my paperwork again and then said they would check my tire pressure but never did; oddly enough the tech marked that he did check the pressure, in at 36, out at 36, which is not even the PSI for my car. And, I know for a fact that one of my tires was low on pressure. I checked the pressure before I left Just Tires and all were low. I've been going to Just Tires for over 10 years but I won't go anymore.

One tire on my car could not be inflated properly with a gas station compressor. I took the car to Just Tires and expected to hear that I had to replace not just that one but the pair, plus "we have a speical for four now" etc. None of that! They inflated the tire, checked for bubbles in a pool and found that it held pressure. No charge!It was probably the compressor that was defective, but I could not know that. These guys are honest and friendly.

Got my tires replaced with them and they did not torque my bolts to specification resulting in stripping and breaking my OEM Honda wheel locks. I found this out after I got a flat and couldn’t remove my tire resulting in me paying for a tow. They reluctantly fixed the issue, however, they replaced my OEM wheel locks with the cheapest no name brand that they could. Overall I feel pretty cheated coming here and would recommend trying to find somewhere else if you can.

Warranty claims they will replace the tire if there are more than two plugs. I had four plugs, but the air was holding, so the employee said they couldn't replace the tire. This is blatantly disregarding their warranty and my safety. Please do not use this service center. They do not care about you!

I had Three cars (now I have two) and all of them I took them to this shop. I have been using their services for over 10 years. The reason is that they are professional, quality is excellent and the service fantastic. I always ask for the manager Freddy Gomez. He is the best.
