There is no better place in the local area than the Pooch Pad. Willow had an incredible experience and Julie does such a great job comforting her guests while the parents are away. I highly recommend Julie for puppy care!

Julie is fabulous. She has been watching my dogs for more than 5 years. She loves them as much as we do. She watches dogs less than 25 pounds in a safe home environment. There is always a great play group for them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Picture is my current dog Ruby who loves Julie.

Julie has been watching my dogs for more than 5 years. She is wonderful. She loves them like they are her own and they enjoy a safe home environment when I travel. She only watches dogs 25 pounds or less, so I know there will be a good play group. My dogs have a great time while they are at the Pooch pad. If a rating greater than 5 stars was possible I would give that.

Julie provides a safe, comfortable and fun environment for our pup! Julie is an expert dog Behaviorist and is certified in canine first aid and CPR. She is also a published author on dog behavior! Our pup is excited to visit Julie and content when we pick her up. Julie has a wonderful yard to romp in. And our dog loves having other pups to play. Julie is an amazing, loving person who really cares about her visiting dogs!

Julie cared for our mine-Dachsund, Lacy for a week while we were out of the country. She sent us updates and photos, and Lacy was well cared for. Julie puts a lot of care and personal effort into each dog, and we could clearly see that with ours. Highly recommended.

We moved to the area last fall with our dog Louie, a miniature poodle. We didn't know what to do when we needed to go out of town, who could care for Louie like we do? After searching many options we were lucky enough to find Julie's Pooch Pad. She cares for the dogs as if they are her own dogs, and Louie has not had any anxiety about going to the Pooch Pad and staying there. When we pick him up he is calm and happy. Thank you so much Julie for giving Louie such a loving environment!

Our Jack Russell Terrier is energetic, playful, and friendly and deserves a genuine, sophisticated, and considerate care. Julie's Pooch Pad is an ideal second home for him when we're away. For a day or a night, we know our pet is in good hands and enjoys the best time with his dog buddies in the most suitable house and yard. He'd be always eager to go and reluctant to leave. Julie's Pooch Pad is highly recommended for the dog owners who wish to accomplish their human missions without feeling the guilt for their beloved pets. P.S. All other dogs at Julie's Pooch Pad are cool playmates, another reason our pet fully enjoys his outing.

Julie's pooch pad is truly as good as it gets. Took my frenchie there for a meet and greet and before I left Julie and her assistant had already distracted Charlotte with a treat. At the end of the meet and greet it was clear that Charlotte enjoyed her visit. And it was the same when I picker her up from the weekend. I have never been this impressed with a boarding facility. Dogs are her only priority. Not only is she passionate about dogs, she is also very knowledgeable which should make every pet owner comfortable about leaving their pet with her. She even bakes fresh doggie treats with wholesome ingredients! Will take Charlotte back and high recommend her services.

Julie is amazing! After meeting her and seeing how much time, attention, and pure love she puts into her job and the dogs, I would never even consider using a boarding facility or kennel. She is just so passionate about animals! Every concern I had about boarding my dogs was wiped away the moment we met Julie. She treats the animals as her own, welcomes them into her own home, and even will go as far as to allow them to sleep in her bed with her! Not to mention she has toys and doggie beds and just everything to make the dogs feel safe and comfortable. This includes a huge fenced in yard for them to run and play when she isn't walking them. I recommend Julie to EVERYONE!

Julie's a dream of a dog sitter! She clearly loves her little charges, lavishing attention and making each dog a welcome visitor in her home. We've been with Julie since the beginning, almost twenty years ago now, when she began taking little dogs into her home after her own Mighty Dog, a tenacious little terrier, finally passed. Rather than replace Mighty, which couldn't be done anyway, Julie decided to provide the care for other little dogs that she'd wished had been available for Mighty. Our little Pap-and- King-Charles mix, named Bingo, who some scoundrel had thrown from a moving car right in front of our house and which was how we got her, was Julie's very first client. First time we boarded Bingo with Julie, it was love between them all the way! After that it was nothing but Julie's Pooch Pad whenever we traveled. Now we have another rescue, a little Pap named Lui, and Julie's every bit as caring and loving and attentive as ever. Example: Lui, while boarding with Julie this past week, developed an issue with his eye that we couldn't have anticipated.. Turned out to be nothing, but there was no way Julie or I could know that. But that didn't stop Julie from dropping what she was doing & getting in touch to discuss the matter until we had it resolved. Happy as our little guy Lui was to see us when it came time to pick him up, it was clear that he would have been just as happy to snuggle in a little while longer with Julie. Julie knows her business, is in total tune with the dogs, and offers her clients the very best care. If you can't leave your little dog with Julie, then you can't leave your little dog at all!
