Ekin was very helpful and stayed one hour more after closing so I can pick out what I wanted and make sure everything was in stock. His knowledge was imperative in my choice making. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases.
The only issue I have is that they have a voicemail system but have no access to it so they will NOT get your messages. You have to go in person and they are very busy, under staffed. But, once they take care of you, they are very dedicated and superb!!

My kids loved it so much that on the car ride home from going to it I saw my 11 year old son rating it on here and he gave it 5 stars. I’m sitting next to him in the back of the car because grandma and grandpa took all of us and they are sitting in the front of the car. I’m so happy he loved it because so did I! 👍

My husband and I went to the design studio to pick a tile for our mudroom. Sherry was very kind and attentive. She took her time to educate us on different types of tile and helped us pick what works best for our project. I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely go back.

UPDATE: both company team and store manager contacted to follow up. The manager Tracy was kind to offer further assistance with our renovation. Appreciate the professionalism in the leadership. Not sure if we will go back, but hopefully it doesnt happen again.
My husband and I went to the shop to find tiles for our place. We needed help with design choices. Sherry was the only associate at the store. She saw us browsing at tiles, but she walked past us and approached to provide assistance to a white family who came to the shop after us. We didnt want to interrupt her assistance with the family so we were waiting for our turn. We went up to her after she was done, and Sherry was nothing but blunt and rude to us. We told her we would like her advice between the sample tiles we chose. But all she said to us was whether we have account with them or not…. We had our kitchen picture ready to show her too, but she was dismissive and told us to call her when we are ready to bulk order. We came to the shop to seek professional advice for our first time renovations. We were left with nothing but offensive discrimination and disappointment.

Rita recently helped us with our bathroom renovation. She was wonderful, from her help in ordering the tile and all the needed supplies for installation, to following up and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely use this store again for any other renovations.

Rita was wonderful during my entire hardwood shopping experience. I went to several other stores and she outshone the customer service by far. She was the reason I went with Floor and Decor. Rita went over and above with the service she provided to me during the two months of working together.
She gave as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with such a large purchase. She got me a full sized sample so I could really get a feel for how the hardwood would feel in my home. She communicated consistently and professionally with me at every step of my journey. I would work with Rita again in a heartbeat.

We had the pleasure of working with the designer and consultant, Sherry Jafari, at the Tysons Corner location of the Floor and Decor. Sherry was instrumental in us picking the right combination of floor, wall, and niche tiles and the matching grout for each. Thanks to Sherry, our bathroom renovation project was an enjoyable journey with results that went above our expectations. She is very knowledgeable and her suggestion were invaluable in the final result of our project.

I walked into F&D and met with the designer, Rita looking for assistance with remodeling my master bathroom. She was incredible, helping me with initially with tile selections and sending me home with samples. From there we expanded to flooring, grout colors, and 3-D designs to bring our ideas to life.
Her expertise, knowledge, patience and excitement was contagious. I couldn’t have done this without her and I absolutely love the finished product.
