Our designer, Ekin, was fantastic. He worked with us on a renovation with many elements: kitchen, bathrooms, mud room, etc. He accounted for our design interests and budget, provided constructive feedback for our ideas, and shared great ideas of his own. We appreciated his engagement and flexibility. We'd go back, to Ekin, if there were any surfaces left to tile. Thanks.

Sherry in the Tysons office was wonderful . I was looking for a long time for tiles for a bathroom renovation that I am doing . Had been to many places but couldn’t get what I needed. Sherry was able to put the whole bathroom together for me in a matter of a few hours .

Rita is amazing. We walked into the Tyson location without an appointment and she helped us every step of the way. She was professional without being overbearing, helpful in providing her inputs and suggestions on style and cost considerations. Rita was respectful of our budget without pressuring us to spend more which we gravely appreciate! On top of that, Rita shared our design specifications with the contractors as we finalized the bathroom remodel to ensure that the tile and all details were correct. I highly recommend working with Rita!

Rita Rosenblum at the design studio was a god-send during our entire bathroom renovation project. We tore down walls, changed layouts, and completely redesigned both our full baths and Rita helped us see the project through to completion. She went beyond any of our expectations and blew competing tile stores out of the water with her communication, follow-up, design mindset, and sincerity. We now know that Floor and Decor will be our go to flooring and tiling store of choice for future projects.

I went to the Tyson's Floor and Decor design studio and was greeted by Rita. While I had some idea of what I wanted for my bathroom reno, she really helped me drill down on all the important issues I might want to consider. Rita definitely has a great eye for design and the visual elements that all go together. Also two weeks after delivery of the tile, I got a follow up note asking how everything was working out. THAT is a very nice touch. Not something I expected at all. So shout out to RITA! Thank you.

Keenan Diggs deserves more than five stars! He provided some of the best customer service I have ever had. I called the store because I had a few questions, and some questions were complicated and required a lot of time and research. Keenan was polite, patient, and helpful throughout the exchange. He made me laugh too. He answered all of my questions, which resulted in a sale that he couldn't even get credit for. I hope there is some way for him to get the credit he deserves because Keenan Diggs is a true asset to Floor & Decor!

Rita helped me choose the tiles for my bathroom remodeling projects. She listened to what I wanted (which I am sure was difficult since I liked every single pretty tiles in the showroom) and patiently narrowed down the selections for me. She followed up constantly with me and my contractor during the two-month planning stage. Now the tiles are ready to go. I can't wait to see how beautiful the bathrooms are going to turn out! I had a fabulous experience working with Rita R on a master bathroom remodel that was happening on very short notice. Rita grasped what I was looking for right away, and had valuable design advice about coordinating wall and floor tile, and grout colors. The store had a plentiful selection of IN STOCK tile, and Rita was able to instantly pull up availability so that I didn’t waste any time looking at tile that I did not have time to order. After looking at tile for hours and hours at different tile websites online, I was able to pick everything out with Rita in under an hour!

I had a very bad experience with Ashley. She gave me a don’t care attitude. Everything went well at first but she started to get very impatient as we got into the details of the measurement and selecting the suitable tiles. I was only being there for 15min. She wanted to finish the conversation quickly and do something else. When I went in the second time to look at the tiles I wanted again, she asked me to go look for myself. I selected a few tiles earlier on and I can’t remember where they are, instead of guiding me to specific tiles, she reluctantly showed me one and asked me to look for the other tile myself. Very disappointed with this store and unprofessionalism exhibit by Ashley.

I have recently worked with Ekin on the renovation of our master bathroom. He is an attentive listener and quickly assessed my style preferences and functional needs.Prior to arriving at Floor & Decor I had visited three other showrooms and not found the solution I wanted. With Ekin's assistance, I was able to make final choices within a matter of minutes based upon his suggestions.The order write-up process was efficient, and he explained everything in detail to prepare me for the next steps.Most importantly, we needed a last-minute change the day before the installation of the tile was to be installed. Ekin could not have been more supportive. He jumped through hoops to arrange specialized delivery, adjust the order, and had everything lined up within a day including the price adjustments.I especially appreciated his thorough communication via email and phone call in an era when so many use short text messages that end up in unnecessary back and forth.Consider Floor & Decor for your tile and marble needs and ask for Ekin!

I had a wonderful experience working with Rita at the Floor And Decor showroom in Tysons corner. Rita is extremely responsive. She went to great lengths to get me samples and to text me photos of new tiles that would come in that she thought I would like. She was also delightful to work with. They have a large selection and good prices!
