FedEx office did a great job with my color copy needs. Raymond knew exactly the type paper stock and printing I required. Excellent communication on copying job and delivered on time. I would highly recommend.

I'm giving it 2 stars because technically you can get what you need done. But they are very rude, especially the store manager. They often don't see when you email them files to print (this has happened to me on numerous occasions), and the manager seems completely unconcerned about this or about whether her customers are satisfied (less so than other employees who at least seem like they want to do a good job). She doesn't listen, cuts her customers off on the phone, and frankly seems like she couldn't care less. It's too bad really in such a small community. If there was somewhere else in Vienna I could print things, I would. Welcome to the monopoly.

I use your service a lot. I walked in today at 6:40pm and the guy at the desk told me I missed the 5:00pm cutoff. So I walked out with it to get instructions from my hiring party, who told me that I actually DID NOT miss it and that it would arrive by 10:30am next morning if I dropped it off. So I had to go BACK! Shouldn't the FedEx guy know these important details? I almost gave up and left to find another method of shipping. Seems your staff should have the facts down straight.

Mock up some cool holiday cards. FedEx says they can print them 5x8 with envelopes for a good price so I order. Of course they forget the envelopes. Lol. So we go back and they tried to give us the wrong size envelopes? Then told us to come back on Monday? You'd think printing and delivering cards with envelopes would be simple.

I am very satisfied with the service I get in this store. Staff is really trying to help the customers and are always polite. The 5/5 rating is for this specific office and not necessarily for the FedEx as I have had quite different experience from different stores.

Their own website said they are open until 8:00 pm. But they closed at 6:00 and turned away a number of customers at the door.

They close at 6pm, but there are no signs posted that reflect the hours. You need to call to hear the recording, hours on google maps inaccurate.

Edit / Update: They finally did the bare minimum and printed out a Microsoft-word sign and taped it to the door explaining their new hours (Temporarily closing at 6pm, really driven home with the grammatical error.) I also just went to this location again and the person working the counter couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I still think FedEx should really update Google map and website listed business hours, (seems like it would take two minutes…) but knowing FedEx there’s probably some horrible corporate bureaucratic process that is preventing a simple helpful update from happening. I appreciate that they at least did *something* to correct the confusion. Thanks!Original Review:I am here at 7pm and the store is supposed to be open until 8. The door is locked, no one is here, and it’s the week of Christmas. The lights are on, what is going on? The phone just rings forever. I can’t believe FedEx would be this careless.

Why closed today on 01.08.22? On website and the office door says open until 6pm on Saturday.
