This is a good location with full services. I had great customer service to help me with the design of my shipment packaging. Later, when sending the packages during a busy period, the assistant manager, Muhammad, was tireless, polite, and professional. Without slowing his current customer, he used pauses while the customer reviewed information to assist waiting customers, even to where some were able to complete their mission with self-service features.

Just got the best passport photo of my life here. I think the staff persons name started with an R, maybe Rashid? Either way thank you, you slayed ? and they were able to adjust it for foreign passports too!

This review is not regarding this specific location but FedEx as a whole. I shipped something internationally for the first time and chose to use FedEx given that I’ve used there domestic services before and never really had an issue. Unfortunately this was not the case. I was lied to about the cost of the service and was charged a little over double the amount. When I called customer service, all I was told was “thats the price.” I raised the fact that I was told a completely different price and to be charged more than double what I was told is not right and the company has now caused me more trouble due to charging me more than a budgeted for but per usual, companies, especially big ones don’t give a damn about the bad customer service they provide to people and won’t even try to fix the issue that THEY created due to giving customers false information. Due to that and the lack of service I received today in trying to fix the issue you all created, i will never do business with FedEx again. You all could be the only company that does business in that area and I still won’t do business with you all. I extremely dislike being lied to, especially when it involves money. Do better

Service was excellent. Got help with a 55 page job that kept failing (scan-> PDF -> email). A little pricey, but worth it for important legal documents.
