I doubt she read through my lab results enough to know that my TSH compared to last year might be low. And my body just might not function well under such numbers .# Statistics does not apply to everybody when it comes to health.

When science does not have answers, they start blaming it on pysch ,use demographics ,etc.

“I’ve been coming here my whole life. And I think what makes this place special is that it’s a family practice. My whole family comes here and Dr. Lee and Dr. Troung has been taking care of us exceptionally. Yes, some days you will leave with just bloodwork done (as others say). And yes, they will refer you to a specialist when they want a specialized opinion. They aren’t doctors who are just going to prescribe you or give you medications you don’t need. They like to observe what’s going on and do proper rule outs. They know when something is a red flag and will address it immediately.This is a good practice to stay long term because they will take the time to get to know you well.”

“This was my first time going in for in annual since 2017 and I was nervous due to being larger and previous negative experience but this office made me feel so at ease! I completed all my check in documents 2 days before and provided my ID and insurance so all the front desk did was verify I had them with me. I only waited about 5 mins before being taken back for my vitals, all done very efficiently and waited 10 mins for Dr. Hegde who was the star of my amazing experience. He immediately made me feel at ease, was very respectful and polite, constantly checking in with me and making sure I was informed of everything being done. Bloodwork was quick and easy, and I was in and out of the office in an hour! I will definitely be coming again, and will definitely make Dr. Hegde my PCP ?”

“I want to start off by saying I had a very negative attitude about seeing my doctor because I’ve never had great care. Dr Balcha changed my attitude. He was very kind and considerate. He listened to my concerns and seemed to genuinely want to help. I was also impressed with Amanda the phlebotomist. She had a positive attitude and made the blood draw quick and as painless as a blood draw can be. I recommend this facility for sure. I gave four stars because, although the service was great, I had to wait for an extended amount of time before being called back to the examination room. They could definitely improve on wait times.”

“I've been coming to this practice for about 10 years. The doctors and all the medical staff are professional and I never feel rushed. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be called back, or to see the doctor. Doctors are responsive to questions and concerns that I submit through the MyChart portal. Earlier this year I had a cancer scare - a suspicious mammogram finding. A biopsy showed the tumor to be benign thankfully. Throughout the process my doctor was proactive in reaching out to make sure my questions were answered and that I understood what my options were. I highly recommend this practice.”

“I needed to see a doctor on a Sunday and was thankful they were open. I went around 2pm on a Sunday and there were only a couple patients waiting. It was very fast to get in to see the doctor.

I saw Dr. Shelby and she was very kind/patient and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! The nurse (I didn’t catch her name) but was also very nice and patient.

My regular doctor is part of Leesburg Sterling Family Practice and this office is part of their network.

The building is wheel chair accessible and has an auto-open button on the outside and the inside of the building.

LMG’s office is on the first floor. You go in the entrance (see green arrow on one of my photos) and go straight and then turn left after the staircase. Then follow signs for LMG and see attached photos.

There is ample parking and several handicap parking spots in the front of the building. There curb is sloped so that it’s easy for wheelchairs to access the sidewalk.”

“If you don't have insurance and will be covering the cost of your visit out-of-pocket Dr. Zia is the one to see! I’m privately employed and currently without health insurance, and Dr. Zia has been such a caring doctor! Not just nice, but you can tell he sacrifices a lot to make sure people who struggle to afford healthcare (like me) can be treated at an affordable price. Like waaaaay more affordable (half of what other doctors in the area charge as of Sept. 2018)! He is kind, asks questions, has a vest of different cell phones to keep track of everything and he’s always super busy. I don’t speak Spanish, and the clinic is geared towards this, but it’s totally fine, the staff speaks English too, and they’ve always been knowledgeable and friendly - plus I like watching the Spanish soap operas in the waiting room and trying to guess what they’re saying by the dramatic music and body language :)The receptionist told me the practice is open for walk-in patients as well, so you don't necessarily need an appointment, but it's a good idea to have one because they’re usually busy unless you get there early in the morning. I’ve waited up to 2.5 hours on a Saturday (it was flu season). The waiting is never an issue for me, because it’s the care and the very low cost that make it busy - and that should be understood. They don’t allow scheduling appointments on Saturday’s, it’s walk-in’s only.”
