Absolutely horrible on so many levels. The quality of materials very low -- strawberries were half an inch (never seen such small strawberries) to over an inch in variation. Some not dipped, some dipped with stripes, some ripe, some green. All of them just rolling around un-anchored in the tray. The brownies had pock marks in the tops; I have no idea what caused that. The tray was cheap; no liner was used on the bottom of it; food put directly on the surface and celephane sticking directly to the food. Arrived very late in the day. Very clear that they tried to get away with throwing something together and charging over $50 for $10 worth of goods. This place should be shut down.

My family sent us a fruit basket for our 50th Anniversary that was amazing! The store even made the number 50 out of pineapple!It included a large number of dipped fruit and fruit flowers, just a gorgeous bouquet of fruit!I recommend this store highly!

DONT EVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. ORDER WAS DELAEYD AND OF COURSE, THE DELIVERY WAS ALSO DELAYED. FINALLY GOT THE ORDER BUT MISSING COUPLE OF THINGS. I HOPE I CAN GIVE THEM 0 STAR.

So placed an order because our dog passed and people at vet were so amazing. Ordered almost 200.00 order to pick up and family to take to them. Only to arrive 10 min early to find them closed. No phone call or anything. Cs says they will call tomorrow....great bing.help. Thanks for making an already horrible weekend worse.will go somewhere else...they don't need the business I guess.

I placed an order early Friday afternoon for delivery on Friday. I received NO confirmation of the order and NO telephone calls the order could not be delivered. I logged into my acct Friday night to see the store moved the delivery to SAT, in which the recipient was not going to be home all weekend, despite my instructions stating DO NOT leave the package on the porch. At which time, I submitted a cancellation on FRIDAY, which was ignored, and the store still fulfilled the order and delivered at 4:07 PM SAT, with no phone call or email notification. $80 for fruit to be placed on a porch in 74* heat is RIDICULOUS for an entire weekend due to lack of a phone call. I AM BEYOND ANNOYED and the corporate office was useless. I will not order from Edible since clearly my business is not valued!

I am overseas so I ordered a gift for my lady a week out using this company, and it never made it to her. They said they delivered it but she never got it, because she left work. I told them it had to be before 5:30pm. They gave it to some random person, and now I am out the money plus I can't do anything due to me not being state side. I do not recommend this location at all.

This might be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. On behalf of work team, I agree to order a $125 gift for new boss. Logged in, added items, selected (available) next day delivery, placed order. Snowstorm hits DC area, no contact from store. 2 days later, still no delivery, use on-line order tracking, get a response that store manager will call within 48 hrs. 2 more days later, tried again; system said I already left a message, store manager will call. Checked again on-line, order shows cancelled. No call, no e-mail, no notification of any sort. Did get 3 marketing offers....grrr. Then called corporate, asked for credit toward replacement order. Lots of excuses, no apology, no go forward. I've been ordering from Edible Arrangements stores in the US for years, and never had anything but good experiences. No longer an EA customer, sadly.
