Customers can find shoe accessories like socks and padded insoles, as well as other related accessories such as handbags and belts. There is a fairly decent clearance section in the back. The store provides excellent customer service, including helpful assistance over the phone and cashiers who inform customers about BOGO deals. Checkout typically offers quick service with short wait times. The store features a very large parking lot shared among several businesses, usually with spaces available, and is accessible from two roads. It is also conveniently located near a metro station. For many, it is a favorite store to visit, known for all the new shoes and releases, where shoppers often spend an hour or two trying on many pairs. While most experiences are positive, on occasion a customer might encounter an unfamiliar policy regarding trying on shoes. Overall, it is a place where customers typically find what they are looking for, from walking shoes to flip flops, and continue to return.
Found the perfect sneakers to wear. Size 4E is hard to find. No lines at cashier counter. No complaints or issues.

So I have been going to this store for years and never had any issues. When trying to buy a pair of Nikes I was told that I had to buy the shoes before being able to try on both shoes together. Is that a new policy? Just curious because I have never had an experience like that at this DSW or any of there other locations... read full comment
