Pelvic floor issues are complex and require someone who really understands everything going on to appropriately treat them. While my specific set of issues will probably never be fully corrected my discomfort is far less under Dr. Pesavento’s care. A very caring professional.

Kathy is an amazing practitioner all around. She is kind and knowledgeable and has always been responsive when I've had questions between sessions or needed to reschedule. I really appreciate the smartbill she provides that makes filing a claim with my insurance easy and her office is clean, tranquil and inviting. Although the pelvic area is a vulnerable body part to have work done on, I've never once felt uncomfortable. Kathy explains every technique she uses and her demeaner is friendly and caring. I appreciate that she takes the time to explain how muscle structures are connected and changes I can make in my everyday movements to lessen my symptoms. She is exceptionally skilled in treating pain and the relief I've experienced has been life-changing. Hands down the best practitioner I've worked with to relieve my pelvic pain and highly recommend her to anyone experiencing pelvic pain issues.
