1 start is a lot for this damn place starting from the Nepali supervisor today Saturday I had the worst experience in my life also the security just because they are all from the same county they believe they own this DMV someone else (superior supervisor) needs to check on them they even say bad words to the customer if they do not like to work is not my fault they getting pay so please send them back on training maybe this time works for them and learn how to give a good customer service! DMV Do better really really disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars to this damn DMV I'll do it! I don't understand why you keep lazy, angry, yelling employee's (specifically the security and the nepalí supervisor) I just got out from here because this service is not what I was expecting the damn Nepali manager he even said he doesn't give a F if we do a complaints against him just because his supervisor are close to him. DMV do better and train all your employee the proper way! They getting pay if they don't like to work they can find a place where is better for them but they can't be working with anger against customers it is not our fault they have to work on Saturday so they can feed their family.

If I could give 0 start to this damn DMV I'll do it there is a shift supervisor (Nepali guy) who treats the customers like if we are getting out things for free he is getting pay and if he doesn't like to work specially on Saturday he find something that fits for him it is not our fault because he has to work on Saturday he even said I was a piece of shitt just because I was fighting for my right when I told him I will do a complaint his rude answer was he doesn't care. DMV DO BETTER AND SENT BACK TO THIS GUY AGAIN ON TRAINING

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR ROAD TEST. the instructors are very rude and very unprofessional. When I was done taking my test, the instructor laughed at each mistake i did and left it at that. the desk people give you such attitude as well. I will never go back here again!

They are garbage, there are the Indians who teach the driving class, it is believed that he is more than the rest, he treats people like garbage, I hope one day someone can put them in their place, what unpleasant people God is going to punish them for being arrogant.

Had an 8am appt and was escorted up to the window right on time. S. Roa worked with us and she was so kind and helpful! Most efficient DMV experience I have ever had.

Worst customer service everThey said they accepted walking for road test but they don’t have time firm how long we need to wait for officer to able to take road test.Here is United States people are working and they requested time off to do their work but apparently they don’t care at all…I’m so pissed…

I waited 40 minutes for my turn. Employee K. Adhikari is a sullen person who is unpleasant to look at when you talk, as he works with an expression of absolute disdain for the client and his work. This employee does not have any competencies and speaks English in such a way that it is impossible to understand him. He asked things many times from other employees and the supervisor, who was also not a genius. I spent more than an hour, but was forced to get my license at another DMV. I don’t understand why they hire such people into the civil service; do we really pay taxes for such an attitude and quality of service?

Best DMV experience ever! Efficient and courteous folks. In and out in 20 minutes with my issue resolved by the manager. Having visited this facility several times in the past I very much appreciate the service improvements I experienced today!

Foreign employees (indians) have a heavy indian accent, and the funny part is, they expect you to understand right away when they speak. And when you ask them to repeat, they get annoyed. Ridiculous.

I'll preface this review by writing that I've rarely had a great experience at any DMV, so take this with a grain of salt. Dropped in with my daughter to exchange her permit for her license. The Tysons branch was unusually empty. When we stepped up to the information desk we were not greeted and when my daughter informed the man behind the glass why she was there he said nothing, just shot a license application under the glass followed by a number. To our amazement we were called almost immediately to a window. I could detail all the subtle ways the clerk let us know how indifferent he was to our presence, but I'd waste your time. Not a hello, not a please or thank you, or have a nice day. Matter of fact, I had to ask if we were finished when it appeared our business was done. My daughter even asked if we'd done something to anger the clerk. I have never understood why the clerks have to be so sullen and indifferent, but it's been this way since I got my license in the same location over 30 years ago. Unless you have no choice but to use this location I'd suggest using another one.
