I made an appointment at the Minute Clinic because I had hearing loss and suspected it was ear wax buildup. After keeping me waiting for an hour beyond my appointment time the nurse practitioner deigned to see me. She looked in my ear, confirmed my suspicion and told me she wouldn't treat me and that I should use debrox and take care of it myself. She acted like my request was a huge waste of her time. Don't come here for anything, these medical school rejects will not help you.

I called in my prescription one morning and they said it would be ready soon. I came in and it wasn't ready yet. Ok, reasonable. They said it would be 15 minutes but I had to go to work so I couldn't wait. I came back 5 HOURS LATER and it still wasn't ready. I had to wait another 45 minutes while each employee told me something different. One said it had been ready while the pharmacist told me many times she was working on it. Don't go there for the pharmacy. Everything else is great, but not the pharmacy's organization.

I certainly do not plan on going back to this cvs again! I asked Ferchid when did they finish with the masks and he kept repeating, "we don't have anymore!" I asked another employee and she was able to tell me yesterday. I was stared at the entire time while I was checking out in self-check since she decided not to be behind the counter. I certainly believe this location is RACIST!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER ever return.

Worst location! Short of staff and extremely long wait time! Don't use this location if you don't want to waste your life away waiting!

Very bad customer service at pharmacy. You have to always wait 20-30 min to get your prescription . They are very unkind, too!

Large, older looking CVS that's open 24/7 and has everything you'd expect at a CVS including a Minute Clinic and a pharmacy (neither of which are open 24/7). Not really sure why the store is open 24/7 but the pharmacy isn't, kinda weird. It does the job if you live near here but I wouldn't make a special trip and don't come here if you need the pharmacy outside usual hours.

This morning I went into the CVS Store in Vienna, Virginia to get three items. Went through the store a couple times looking for the final item but to no avail when this very attentive employee / manager asked if he could help me locate something, for which he did. He walked me to its location saying that this item was a challenge to find for most people. He then walked me to the front of the store, opened a register, and rang-out the items -- his name is Will. He really made my day and set-up the rest day to go better than planned. Thank you, Will !!!

You would think living in a well to do area like Vienna that this cvs would have its s*** together. Idk what y'all need to do (hire more people, battery management) but y'all gotta get it together. Everytime I come here it's something. First they lost a prescription my doctor prescribed it was ready on Monday I come on Friday and it's not ready the cashier can't help me so I have to wait in the drop off lane which isn't socially distance and a hot mess. Forget about calling in because that's also a disaster I'm on hold for 15 minutes now as I type this. Y'all got to get it together

PRESCRIPTION SKIMMING at Vienna CVS on Maple Avenue: I want to make a very serious accusation. Someone at this pharmacy is skimming prescriptions probably for their own use or to sell. They filled a prescription for me on October 22, 2020 of a controlled medication. Instead of 35 tablets listed on the bottle, they gave me 22. I immediately took a picture of the 22 tablets while I was still in the parking lot. I showed my husband and we both counted them. 13 missing tablets. These medications have to be double counted at the pharmacy when they are dispersed, so it is very unlikely that it was a mistake. If there was a mistake, their inventory would show 13 extra Tablets. I had just gotten out of the hospital for a severe allergic reaction which was still raging, so I didn’t feel up to confronting the pharmacist that day. I returned a week later and spoke to the pharmacist. I remembered it was her who filled my prescription. She looked it up in their computer and confirmed that it was her who filled it. I told her I wanted to report the prescription skimming. She offered to give me more of the medicine. I said I didn’t need it any more, the medical issue had resolved, but I wanted to report the incident to whoever was in charge. She said she was in charge and would tell her staff. She would not let me speak to anyone else. Something very wrong is going on at CVS pharmacy in Vienna on Maple. I have switched pharmacies, and told all my health care providers about the irregularity. Check your prescriptions filled there carefully and consider going somewhere else.

Made a 2:30 flu shot appointment. Was told to wait in corner. Did that for 40 minutes with no one looking at me again. The CVS store web site says there's a 10 minute wait yet after 40 minutes I am still here ignored. I don leave my house much and do t really need to be standing in the sick area of CVS for 40 minutes.

The gentleman at the register is very polite and professional. People are often rude to him and he manages to keep his cool. It’s a very busy pharmacy and I’m grateful for them being here to help.
