Franco Pinzon is a lender on a property that I own and he is the worst lender I have ever worked with. Do not use this guy, he has zero communication and his phone number doesn't even work to give him a call. The buyer that is purchasing this property is very frustrated with him as well. Franco decided to get what he needed to USDA AFTER our closing date that was set. We have extended for 2 weeks now due to his lack of documents needed for USDA. DO NOT USE FRANCO PINZON. If you need a bilingual lender, I would be more than happy to refer you one.

But our Lender Jose was a blessing with having to deal with all the paper work and planning.Overall Happy in the end but now I know how the process of this goes and cant wait for the next time!

OMG Giselle is a miracle worker!!! As a first time home buyer I had nothing but stress and questions. Giselle was always available to help me day, night or even weekends! Being able to close on a home in less then a month and in time for Christmas is just a testament of how hard she works for prospective buyers! I love you so much Giselle and thank you for everything!
