I love my local Citi branch. The staff is wonderful. KT the branch manager is always helpful. The tellers remember me by name. I only had nice experiences even when they are short staffed.

Worst bank experience ever! I waited 1 hour just to do a simple wire. Why? There is only one csr and 4 people ahead of me. The 3 left and I'm next. I'm still waiting to be seen!!!!

Permanently closed my accounts with Citibank after multiple privacy violations. I asked Citibank multiple times to have an individual completely removed from my own personal bank account, with no luck. Eventually I went to this branch explicitly to make the same request in person. I changed all contact info to my own. Although the manager and banker were polite & helpful, I found out after leaving that not only did the person who was supposed to be completely separated from my account get a voicemail letting him know I'd been at Citibank, they also continued sending him statements via email disclosing my new address. This was a huge breach of privacy and trust. Disturbing experience. I would not recommend Citibank to anyone.

I never had issues with Citibank until last week. When I called after not receiving a new debit card for OVER A MONTH to see what’s up with that, they ended up cancelling my current card hearing an "uh-oh” over the phone from the representative. I was told on the phone I could get a new card at any branch, so i went to this location. Manager or one of the bankers was nice enough to explain new policy, etc. that they can’t or don’t do that anymore. I was like ok no worries, can I get a new order of a debit card and if possible could it be sent express? I was again told that’s not possible that express and fedex isn’t an option and that I will have to wait a whole week for it. Again nothing I can do anymore but wait. He ended up saying the order was done and so i left. Im sitting at home anxiously waiting for my new card because some bills require only my card info (not bank info). I still haven’t received anything through the mail. I ended up calling Citibank Customer service today and the sweet lady representative told me that the order was never made. She just made the order for me saying it’ll come through by Friday in express by FedEx. So not only was I already f’d over by the first guy on the phone when reporting I never got a new debit card and ended up getting my current card cancelled, but also the second one from the actual branch who never even made my order for a new debit card. I am a student and I don’t have consistent time to go to a bank to take $$ out, i needed a debit card as soon as possible. I am normally patient, but some need to be updated on policy’s and others need to take their time and make sure an order of a new card of a customer is set.

This is the worst branch . I tried to call this branch multiple times , including the branch manager . So I went to the branch and I realize there was 0 clients nobody was busy but no one will answer the phone .After horrible experience with this bank I decide to end my relationship with this bank forever !!!! . I request to close my account and get all my Money. But they couldn’t even do that correctlyStay away from this branch and this bank

I had a checking's in savings account open earlier this week I called so they can close both of the accounts completely. I had a balance of $2.24 in my checking's account while my savings was saying account closed via the app. I finally ended up withdrawing the $2.24 within the same week from my checking account. That same moment I see my savings account reopen and I was thinking it was just a glitch. Next day I see a balance of -$24.99 on my savings account and I only use to transfer money, never to make any purchases. I called customer service and their incompetence completely ruins any recommendation I have for the stupid foolish bank because I don't know where I got it interest of one penny they have charge my account. They reopen my account and and charge me for a monthly service of $25 but before I got the stupid interest payment of a stupid penny my account was already closed so why in the world would they reopen my account just to take money from me stealing scamming this bank is for the fools who don't notice their money is missing.

Please do not deposit to atm here I deposited over $1000, but a message popped up saying that there was an error, so I asked a bank employee, and she said itwas not their responsibility. It was really absurd.
